The room is clean & cozy, my kids really enjoy playing at the swimming pool, the venue is very near to ukm. My overall comment is good.
Only a problem during check in, we could not check in on time because the room is not ready, we have to wait at the lobby for more than 2 hours, luckily we've got a free extended check out time at 2pm.

clean and neat
Smells and cockroaches like whole big family of cockroaches, got the dad, mom, 3 to 4 children, couple of uncles and aunts there in the bathroom
Also, near the entrance and the bathroom has terrible smells ...

Great view overall, but the room maintenance was very poor. The condition of the room did not meet expectations and needs much improvement.
The view has potential, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. We didn’t have a good rest at night ,The maintenance of the property was unacceptable, and cleanliness, especially in the toilet, needs significant improvement. Communication was also poor, as messages took a long time to receive a response. Considering the price paid, it did not provide good value for money.
