These were very hot days, so the bottom room might benefit from a ventilator of some sort.

The house is very roomy, and quite quirky. I stayed there with my family and friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. my daughter liked to sleep on the stairs. really suitable place for a teenager. Cool. The kitchen is well equipped. The host was the brilliant and made us feel very welcome. We develop a great opinion about Tampere. we felt like guests. Thank you Mr. Pasi

Loved it. The host and property made our first experience of Finland exceptional

The house is very roomy, and quite quirky. I stayed there with my wife, our 2 pre teen kids and our 20 year old daughter and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and the sauna area was fantastic. You could stay here for a long period of time very easily. The host was the brilliant and made us feel very welcome, he couldn't do enough for us. I will be staying here again when I return to Tampere

The villa is located very closed to särkänniemi. 3 floors with several beds and a big terrace are perfect for family.

Only half a villa - half the space is shared but the owner doesn't warn you.

The location is good, and the views are excellent (if disrupted by some construction cranes while we were there). The kitchen is well-equipped.

It turned out we didn't really get the whole villa. There is an upstairs where we slept, and then a middle floor with a living room and kitchen. Also on that level is a bedroom where another guest was staying. And on the lowest floor, someone else was sleeping. Two of the three upstairs sleeping spaces are open lofts, so really you are sharing most of the villa with strangers. When we checked in, we were told that the other guests would leave and then we would have the place to ourselves, but then more people checked in. In our case, everyone who shared space with us was kind and considerate, but we thought we were booking a villa, not a room in a shared house. This level of misrepresentation seems likes grounds to have this property removed from Booking.com.

Sistemazione Top a Tampere, una favolosa scoperta

Sistemazione fantastica! Personalmente la più bella vista in Finlandia durante il nostro viaggio. Pian terreno: accesso dalla zona parcheggio, camera con 3 letti singoli, disimpegno con letto a castello, zona lavanderia (lavatrice e asciugatrice), zona doccia (doppia) e sauna, bagno. Primo piano (con secondo accesso sulle scale): camera matrimoniale, cucina ampia e super attrezzata, soggiorno con tavolo pranzo per 8, soggiorno con camino, bagno, terrazza arredata con divani e ampio tavolo, zona barbecue coperta. Il tutto arredato con gusto e moderno. Top. Posizione tranquilla, a 5 min in auto dal centro. Proprietario gentile e preciso, purtroppo ci siamo fermati solo per una notte. Il proprietario sta predisponendo un secondo alloggio al terzo piano. Consigliatissimo anche per rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Se proprio devo fare un appunto è alla dimensione della camera matrimoniale, con il letto accostato ad una parete. Ma non è stato assolutamente un problema.

Hyvin varusteltu keittiö, missä oman aamiaisen teko sujui mainiosti. Majapaikasta upeat näkymät Näsijärvelle. Saunasta piipahdettiin pihalle vilvoittelemaan. Suuri terassi, missä voi grillata myös hieno.

La maison était agréable, bien située à proximité des transports et à 30 mn à pied du centre. Belle vue.

2 lits superposés dans un petit couloir sans fenêtre ne peut pas être considéré comme une chambre. Le lit dans l’escalier peut être dangereux.

Siisti, moderni ja viihtyisä asunto ja sisustus. Korkeat valoisat oleskelutilat, upea terassi, takka ja sauna toivat mukavaa tunnelmaa. Riittävästi tiloja, esim. kaksi wc:tä, erillinen pesuhuone ja kodinhoitohuone auttoivat isomman porukan olemista ja aamun lähtöä.

Pispalan upeiden maisemien keskellä viihtyy!

Aamiaistarvikkeet oli itse hankittu ja valmistettiin hyvin varustellussa keittiössä. Aamiainen nautittiin hienolla järvinäkymällä terassilla. Oikein hyvä.

Kaasugrillistä oli päässyt kaasu loppumaan. Possuvartaat onnistuivat kuitenkin hyvin myös uunin grillivastusten alla. Ei jäänyt nälkä.
