Relatively quiet neighborhood of older apartment buildings. Close enough to the city centre for our needs. There was a great grill kiosk close by. Beds were OK in our opinion.

It is an older apartment which has been renovated somewhat; the work seems to be conducted by either quite talented children or incompetent adults. Also the apartment was not very clean. The bathroom silicone joints (and even tile grout on the walls) were moldy, and little flies came out of the sewer piping. Some baseboards weren't attached at all, or were attached poorly. There was a huge spiderweb in the living room. The dishes were greasy. The apartment is very empty: there are no places to put down things when entering the apartment, you just have to drop everything to the floor on arrival. There are also no hooks or hangers for coats, hats etc., or anything to store clothing other than the cabinets inside the bedrooms.
