The stay at Villa Dardania was excellent. The place was very clean, modern and well-maintained. The view is beautiful and the area is peaceful. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, warm and everything worked perfectly. Great location — quiet but still close to the city.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was above expectations.

Smooth communication with the host. Very nice and modern charlet (one of three on the property) in breathtaking surroundings. Very well-maintained outdoor area. Well-equipped kitchen, large living room, terrace and bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds upstairs. Free parking next to the cottage. Strong WiFi. A couple of good restaurants nearby. Nice starting point for exploring Gryka e Rugovës or just relax. A bit pricey but good value for money.
Stairs to the upper floor are a bit steep, could be a problem with small children or elderly people. But no problem for us.

Nice location as base to explore the area. Booking.com rating slightly overrated IMHO.
Upstairs (bedrooms) remained cold the first night because only the living has a wood stove, it took a day to warm up (in winter). Kitchen missing basic utensils. View obstructed by construction (in progress :-(
