Great food - best chicken and rice of our Peaks of the Balkans trek (it's a common dinner throughout the POB) and the tastiest homemade baklava for dessert. Clean and comfy accommodation - we were in the attic

Compared to other stays along the Peaks of the Balkans, this was one of the more expensive nights. Charge separately for dinner (€15), breakfast (€10) and packed lunch (€5) on top of the accommodation (compared to the all-inclusive price of other places). There was no WiFi - but the owner offered a hotspot for anything urgent.

The location was absolutely beautiful and quiet, the staff was very attentive and nice, we felt like we were on a little piece of paradise in the mountains - we definitely would have liked to stay a little longer than just one night. The cottage also has some dogs, cats and cows which were very fun to observe roaming around the field and a breathtaking view for watching the sun set over the mountains.

Perhaps the lunch package/breakfast could have some fruits included, which are much appreciated on long hikes.

The location and service are wonderful! Wonderful views of the slope and mountains. It feels spacious.

There's no electricity in the room, which isn't mentioned on the booking page. We were promised electricity in the room in our correspondence, but it didn't work. One of the rooms was advertised as having a double bed, but in reality, it only had a mattress on the floor. The staff sold a bottle of fortified wine for 30 euros. They claim that they don't make any money from it and that it was the store price, which also turned out to be a lie. The toilet seat doesn't stay up, so you have to cover it with toilet paper every time you go because you don't want to sit on someone else's urine. The bungalows are basically sheds, cobbled together haphazardly.
