This Lake Hartwell waterfront, six-bedroom home is perfect for family gatherings and get-togethers. Located on a wide cove, this area is perfect for the family who loves water sports. Down the gentle hill, the dock is equipped with a covered slip. A beautiful pontoon boat with 115 hp engine is available to rent (at an additional fee-pontoon not available during winter, December 1- February 28). There is also space on the dock for two additional boats. Two kayaks and a stand-up paddle board are available to explore the lake. Enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the house while relaxing on the deck.
The modern lake house includes a large living area with a fireplace, hardwood floors, and 65” SmartTV with DirecTV making your game day gathering complete! There is a gaming table/bar, a dart board, as well as board games for the whole family to enjoy. The large, well-equipped kitchen features entertaining essentials and opens to the dining area, and the grills on the deck provide the perfect arena for the family grill-master.
For your convenience, there is a laundry room with an additional refrigerator as well as a bright sunroom, bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs, the impressive master suite has a king bed, private bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower, as well as an adjoining kids’ room that sleeps three. Down the hall, you’ll find three additional bedrooms – two with queen beds, one with a king—and a full bathroom.
Just a few miles off I-85, Exit 11, this quiet property is conveniently located to Clemson University, restaurants, and shopping.

This property is stunning and very well kept. It is right on the lake and a short drive to Clemson University. You'll come in the back way and avoid a ton of traffic. The beds are extremely comfortable and there is plenty of sitting and eating room. It's a great place for a family vacation.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our Clemson vacation! This is a wonderful host--very responsive, was able to accommodate a change in dates for us, and just overall very friendly. The house is extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. Love that there was an extra fridge so we could keep all our drinks cold and still have plenty of room for groceries. The pontoon boat is a MUST if you are staying here! We had a blast and they make it as easy as possible even if you've never driven a boat before. Also, this house is immaculately clean. Like, staying on the lake in SC, you expect a bug or two but there was NOTHING it was pristine! Beds are comfy, AC is easily controlled both upstairs and down, plenty of parking, nice TVs, wonderful kitchen, pretty views, easy to find even in the dark...I could go on and on! We will definitely stay here next time we're in town. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay for the weekend before a big football game ! We had 3 adult couples and 4 teenager girls and had way more than enough room! The house was beautiful , extremely clean and well stocked. We loved spending time on the boat and on the dock. The extra fridge in the laundry came in super handy with all of our tailgate food as well. Our communication with the owners prior to our stay was also very timely and attentive. They make everything so easy ! Thank you for a great stay; we will definitely be back !
