Relax in the spacious living room and watch all your online shows (smart TV) or surf the local channels. Living room is fitted with one queen sofa bed (dark grey couch) and a twin bed (“day bed”) and twin trundle (living room sleeps 4).
House has 3 bedrooms (two queens and one with a bunk bed and a twin bed). The master bedroom also has a TV (fitted with G Chrome). It is fully equipped with linens, washer/dryer, shampoo/body wash etc. to make your time in St. Pete a breeze.

House is professionally cleaned before each stay.
Please note: the property does not have outlet covers therefore is not child proof however we welcome infants and children to stay (we are parents too). We provide a high chair, bath seat and pack and play (we do not provide a pack n play fitted sheet or baby sheets).
Additionally, the insurance on the house does not allow any animals on the property.
We also offer a BEACH packages for rent with add on options.

For a prolonged stay we think this house is ideal for 4-5 adults and 5-6 kids, however the house does sleeps 10 adults.
Guests have access to the whole house, with easy self check in with secure key pad (code messaged via VRBO to you just before your stay). Parking is available both on street in front of the house, or in the private parking spaces in the back.
We provide a guide in the house with our favorite local restaurants and things to do.
There are outdoor security cameras for general security and safety.
We are available via cell or app for questions and concerns.

They have thought of everything! We were so happy to find k-cups and laundry detergent among other things!! We have been traveling for a few weeks and just loved the place for its ease. It’s an adorable house that’s been updated. Backyard with covered patio and a gas grill. We own a place on Sanibel Island that we rent and we rent also many VRBOs from others so I am a self-appointed expert 😊😊😎😎 and this is an excellent rental property!!

This rental has everything you need and more. your not far from a scroll on the beach and you several options to choose from for lunch or dinner. So dont hesitate to make this home for the weekend or longer.
