Great communication from our host, the house was spacious and clean, great location next to beach access and restaurants, plenty of pool toys and overall our favorite VRBO stay to date.

I didn't complain about anything during our stay but the property could have been cleaner. Several areas were not swept thoroughly and there were quite a bit of small food particles under/around the couches that we cleaned up. The pool had lots of leaves and debris that we had to clear out the best we could. In their defense there was a storm that came through just before our stay though. They also have a small ant issue. We killed several ants in the master bedroom/bathroom. There is a van left parked in the garage and it's parked very close to the door that goes to the pool deck so to avoid hitting the van we used the slider from the master bedroom to get out there. A positive is that the property manager is very responsive. There was a leak coming in somewhere in the living room that pooled water and they got someone there to address it right away. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
