We love the size & layout of the property. We loved its close proximity to the beach, grocery store, & restaurants. The view from the primary bedroom, living room & patio were amazing!
The primary bathroom door (pocket door) needs to be fixed. It was very difficult to fully close & then open that door.

10:00 am check out. No side table in primary on both sides of very tall bed. Pocket door sticks and one light fixture is coming off wall. Beach chairs were in rough shape and one arm strap broken. Tv instructions lacking. Cooking pans lacking and salt and pepper grinders would be nice.

The view was unbeatable!! The place was very spacious!
There were several items not working. The air circulation was very unbalanced.
The pool area needs some improvements.

Location was awesome. Great space for large group. Great sunset views. Close to everything
Unit needed some love. Not maintained to the level expected for the price. Screen door ripped open and off the track in master. Freezer broke while there and they put another fridge right in dining room and left broken one.
Kitchen had minimal with cheap old coffee maker and toaster. A lot of kitchen drawers had utensils just thrown in there. Kind of weird for a nice place.
The place was nice and location was great but if you are going to charge that kind of money put a little effort into maintaining the place. I say this because I have rented other units in same building and they were much nicer and better taken care of.
