Great location. Beach access. Sunset views.
Both living room and bedroom patio drapes are in need of repair. They were in disrepair when we arrived. Several drawers in the kitchen need attention; they don’t work very well. It would be better if the entire property would be nonsmoking. When we were on our patio we frequently smelled cigarette smoke pretty strongly.

The location is amazing. On the beach and just steps away from restaurants, ice cream, shopping.
The kitchen is well equipped but needs upgrading. It's a bit old and tired.

The view from the balcony was great
The unit is very old. Metal doors on closets, corrosion, and even a non-working trash compactor from the '70s in the tiny kitchen.
