+ Parking garage for guests. + Impeccably clean. The house is like new. + In each of the two rooms there was a TV, air conditioning, heating, blinds and everything you need. A bottle of mineral water as a compliment. Coffee machine with capsules provided for our stay. Refrigerator. Microwave and toaster. + Veranda and a pleasant yard. The hosts live in the house next door and are available if needed. + Excellent location in the city center.

The garden was absolutely beautiful and the house was nice. We enjoyed the bbq facilities!

The beds and pillows weren't comfy and the passage light was coming on by itself that wasn't pleasant at night.

We loved it. It seems to be new as everything is perfect and very clean. Small kitchen with kettle, microwave and mugs plates etc. Quiet place with private parking space . Really recommend, best place so far on our trip.

The host is very kind, the room was already warm when I arrived. The apartment is very comfortable, the kitchen has tea, coffee and drinking water. The location is excellent, very close to the center. It has private parking, which was great for me, not to worry about the motorcycle. An excellent choice if you decide to come to Kystendil

Very nice apartment

I definitely recommend this place. The apartment is a newly renovated small house that includes two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower cubicle. It is suitable for 1 to 4 persons. The beds are super comfortable. The owners are very helpful and do everything they can to make guests feel like home. The WiFi is excellent, the apartment is clean. The location is right in the center of the city, a 10-minute walk from the train/bus station. The thermal insulation of the house is good, it does not get hot inside in the summer, and in addition there's an a/c unit.

Perfect location, new and clean interior. Free extras included in the rooms. Very warm and cosy little guest house. Hosts are nice and are always available for help if needed.

This property was described as a "two bedroom house" which it is NOT.

This property was described as a "two bedroom house", and on arrival was presented with a bedroom with a small table with two plastic chairs, a shower room and a small corridor with a sink, fridge, microwave and kettle, not a kitchen as stated on the listing, the other room was locked. The parking space was exceptionally narrow, very difficult to enter / exit beware if you have other than a very small car, plus on reversing out of the space there are a lot of vans parked in front of an ECONT parcel office making the maneuver difficult. Access to / from the property is via the garden of another house and did not feel private. I asked for a refund and received aggressive / unhelpful massages via VIBER not the booking.com system.

Домакините живеят в съседната къща и са на разположение при нужда. + Отлична локация в центъра на града.

Всичко ни хареса. Идеално местоположение, на метри от централната част, но много тихо и спокойно, чудесно както за разходка, така и за пълноценна почивка. Място за паркиране в двора на къщата, подходящо и за голяма кола. Имахме притеснения дали няма да е студено, но къщата е с локално парно и допълнително има климатици. Като пристигнахме вече беше затоплено, за което благодарим сърдечно! Има отопление и в банята, което най-често липсва дори в някои от много луксозните места за настаняване. Домакините са любезни и живеят в съседство, което е много удобно, защото са на разположение при нужда, като същевременно са много дискретни. Като цяло, къщата е много уютна и комфортна. Отлично съотношение цена-качество. С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново и препоръчваме на всички, които имат нужда от настаняване в Кюстендил.

Къщата е идеално поддържана, кокетна, с абсолютно всичко необходимо за един чудесен престой. Изключителна чистота и в самата къща, и в двора към нея. Личи си, че с мисъл и любов са правени и обгрижвани. На две минути от центъра на града, но същевременно тихо и спокойно. Домакините бяха повече от любезни, посрещнаха ни с усмивка и приветливо отношение. Почувствахме се, сякаш сме на гости при приятели, не на квартира. Хареса ни страшно много, мъжът ми десет пъти ми каза "Да им дадеш най-висока оценка. Всичко е топ." Местоположение, отношение, оборудване, място за паркиране в самия двор, и отново да подчертая - просто перфектна чистота на всяко едно помещение и на самия двор. Ако трябва да дам оценка 10 от 10, бих сложила поне 11. Лично за мен това е мястото, което бих резервирала всеки път, отивайки в този район. Препоръчвам горещо, заслужава си във всяко едно отношение.

Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса. Всичко беше повече от прекрасно.
