Renovated apartment, well equipped, close to the city center

Excellent location close (5-10 minutes walk) to the city center, renovated apartment with very fast, stable internet connection and well-equipped with everything you need for a stay of four people. There is a CCTV camera above the front door of the apartment, which is a good option for added security for guests and the owner.

Remark about the bathroom which does not have a curtain or similar to protect the shower space so it is not practical for showering (picture attached to this review), a lot of water everywhere there after showering. Also the mattresses in the bedroom have springs and are not very comfortable (at least for me it was).

nice complete appartment to stay in with your family, better than a hotel since you have a full kitchen at your disposal. Convenient location, perfect when you have some things to do in Blagoevgrad. Very friendly and helpful hosts !!

good location and nice apartment. good for family stays as its in a residential locality.

the building corridors/stairs are dark, smelly, dirty and gives a feeling of entering a dilapidated building. However once we enter the apt its different completely. parking is chargeable from municipality which is not clear.

В мястото всичко е наред , само нещо с приложението за паркинг не се справих и се наложи да стана рано в 8 да пускам смс-си . Но пък от терасата си виждаш колата което е супер и за багаж е удобно , определено е добре мястото !

Като цяло сме разочаровани

Просторно е и има необходимото за кратък престой. Удобство при взимане и оставяне на ключа без контакт. Хигиената е приемлива. Топ локация - на пешеходно разстояние от центъра.

Беше студено и в спалнята лъхаше студ от стените, макар че бяхме с постоянно включен климатик. Всъщност няма спалня, а две допрени единични легла, “съединени” с топ матрак (луфтът по средата се усещаше). Едното легло скърцаше ужасно много и при най-малко движение. Спалното бельо не миришеше кой знае колко свежо, мивката в банята и тоалетната чиния имаха нужда от по-дълбоко почистване. Имаше и косми/прах на места по пода още като влязохме. Още с влизането усетихме миризма на цигари. Дори и да не се пуши вътре има пепелник в затворената тераса. Много вероятно да се е пушело и вътре преди, защото миризмата на цигари излиза и от климатиците. Този в холът има нужда от почистване - беше пълен с прах. Бяхме с бебе на 5 месеца и ни беше осигурена кошара, която нямаше как да използваме, защото нямаше твърда основа, а матракът беше твърде мек и детето потъва вътре.

Pohodlné a levné ubytování v dobré lokalitě. Název nelže, ale ne vše je použitelné. Celkově jsme spokojení.

Nízká cena. Skvělá lokalita. Bylo uklizeno. Velká výbava. Komunikativní majitel.

Pro 4 lidi malé, spíše pro 3. Některé vybavení nefungovalo podle očekávání: televize nešla spárovat, neohraničený sprchový kout. Aplikace SecurityCamera aktivní na tabletu naproti hlavním dveřím.

Une étape efficace pour une nuit.

La réactivité et la flexibilité de l’hôte qui a été très accueillant et disponible. La localisation centrale. Le stationnement payant mais facile à proximité directe de l’hébergement.

La salle de bains sent mauvais (c’est peut être du aux canalisations). Malheureusement, le balai pour essuyer la douche est aussi moisi ce qui ne permet pas de rendre la pièce plus saine. Pas de café ou de thé disponible (ce n’est pas un indispensable mais c’est généralement fourni et ça fait plaisir en arrivant ☺️).

Un popas minunat pentru mine

Felicitări persoanei care are grijă de apartament! A fost foarte curat , grijă pentru detalii,era inclusiv o cutie cu pastile pentru urgențe. Ne-am simțit minunat ,a fost liniște,salteaua pat bună ,ne-am odihnit.Recomand pentru o noapte sau mai multe.Tableta ,laptop,wifi

Nu am reproșuri.Am ridicat cheia de la cafenea,domnul nu vorbește decât bulgarâ,cineva ne-a lamurit partial în engleza.Locația este aproape de cafenea.Recomand să o găsiți mergând pe jos . Atenție că google maps conduce în fața blocului unde nu ai voie să oprești mașina.După câteva învârtiri se găsește și ușa din spate , scara are două intrari.În spate este și parcare gratuită. Nu am înțeles cum se plătește parcarea în Bulgaria.
