Cozy stay

The apartment is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well-equipped, with plenty of kitchenware and dishes. Wi-Fi is excellent. The bed is comfortable. The apartment was apparently recently renovated, so all the furniture and equipment is new and everything is so clean. Check-in and check-out were seamless—the owner provided clear instructions on where to pick up the keys. The room is warm thanks to the efficient heating. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

Very clean, beautiful and cozy apartment, close to the city centre. Recommend.

What you see is what you get. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. Very comfortable, fresh and cozy apartment. The only thing missing were bowls and deep plates. Quite spacious, well designed, with beautiful handcrafted elements. Very close city center and walking streets. Quiet area.

Some people may not like the distance from supermarkets and public parking (5-10 mins). There's a slightly musty smell in the entrance of the house (it doesn't reach the apartment though). Nothing else to complain.

Perfect place for a stop in Blagoevgrad

Very very clean place with a nice style to it. Location is perfect - near a parking lot, near the highway exit and close to the beautiful town centre.

The pillows in the bedroom are not comfortable, everything else is great!

Cozy interior. Paid parking in city blue zone.

Location is good . Looks clean. Cozy interior. Has everything needed for a quick sleepover.

3rd floor no elevator narrow building. Not a big deal anyway. The only major downside was the parking. There's yard with a garage in the building block. I thought I can use it since the room is offered with free parking. Surprise. No. By mistake I parked on a neighbour's spot. Later I saw I have an auto email from the room owner with instructions there is a public parking 200-300m away. Damn, I am with luggage. Do you expect me to park my car in foreign town with all the luggage in it on a free parking 3 blocks away? Or to move my car to load/unload bags? Had to pay for a parking zone infrornt of the building. At the same price I could've booked a real hotel with parking. Don't advertise the appartment with free parking. It was a top priotity when I made my booking.

Останавливаюсь во второй раз в данном апартаменте. Удобно месторасположение. Очень приемлемая стоимость.

В этот раз большие полотенца были с запахом сигаретного дыма, видимо сушились в месте, где курили. Купили специально для кофемашины 2 караулов в супермаркете, чтобы попить с утра вкусного кофе, машина есть, но не работает, капсулы в мусорку, всё течет мимо изо всех щелей. Да и в простойное время под машинкой лужа воды. Лучше совсем убрать сломанный автомат, чтобы не вводить в заблуждение. К слову, растворимый кофе был в наличии, что плюс. И всё ещё не появилась ложечка для обуви.

Apartament jest czysty, wygodny, dobrze wyposażony. Zaskoczyły nas drzwi do łazienki, które były z matowego szkła zamontowane w ten sposób, że odstawały około 2 centymetry od ściany, ale później przyzwyczailiśmy się do tego. Budynek jest stary, ale apartament jest świeżo po remoncie, wyposażenie jest nowe i nowoczesne.
