- The shower cabin has no door, so water easily spills onto the bathroom floor. - There was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain. - Although the listing states that parking can be reserved for €10, I informed the owner in advance that I needed a parking space, and they confirmed that one would be reserved for me. However, when I arrived, no parking space was available, and the owner was unable to provide the promised parking. I had to park wherever I could find a space nearby. - There is a bar next to the building, and it was noisy until late at night.

The apartment itself is OK, clean and new. The location is very close to the center and the river.

However, there are NO WINDOWS and it is located on the parter floor right at the same level with the ground. It is clear it used to be a store and rebuilt to an apartment. The lady who gave us the keys (a seller at a store right next to the apartment) was not nice at all.
