The host Mikele was amazing, very helpful and kind, going above and beyond to accomodate us.
Although the building itself is older, the apartament itself is renovated and new, offering everything that's listed on the booking page.
The place is located in the heart of the city, so shops, bars, restaurants, basically everything is in walking distance, which is a BIG plus because you won't even need your car unless you are traveling somewhere outside the city.
Would for sure book it again if were to return in the future and would recomend it to averyone who's looking for a place to stay in Kočani :)

Flexibility regarding the apartment checkout – we were given the opportunity to stay until the evening, even though the official checkout time is no later than 12 PM.
The apartment is situated in a noisy location.
