About this villa rental
Beautifully located just outside a tiny traditional Italian mountain village, is this wonderful 6 bedroom 4 bathroom property.
Split into a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom traditional style Tuscan villa along with a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage with private pool with stunning mountain views, these two houses are rented together with private use of gardens and pool.
Sleeping 12 in total, this is a wonderful peaceful retreat, yet within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and just a 20 minute drive in either direction to two market towns, with other villages and restaurants on the way...
Ideal for a relaxing break, and perfect if you like walking as the properties are close to the tracks leading up to the Apuane peaks. This really is a picture post card location, with complete privacy at the pool.
Both properties are made out of traditional stone, creating a romantic olde worlde feel, and ensuring the houses stay beautifully cool for sleeping.
Main Villa:
This character farmhouse has been renovated with love and care, and is furnished with a mixture of new and antique furniture. Windows are chestnut, with internal shutters adding to the Tuscan feel of this property which boasts wonderous views...
Ground floor:
Well equipped country style Tuscan kitchen/breakfast room, leading to a very spacious living/diner, with comfy seating, fireplace and dining table for up to 12.
Also on this floor is a utility room with washing machine.
Ground floor shower room with WC, shower and washbasin.
A staircase from the living room leads to a very spacious landing with a sofabed.
From the landing there are:
2 twin bedroooms
2 double bedrooms, one of them with ensuite shower room, with shower, wash basin, WC and bidet and private balcony with stunning view - complete romance!

Cottage:
This renovated stone cottage is ideal for anyone wishing to have privacy from the rest of the group
Enter the cottage via a covered loggia area, ideal for dining al fresco or relaxing in the shade whilst drinking in the stunning vista.
The cottage boasts a living room with fireplace and sofa, along with a kitchen.
There is a steep narrow wooden staircase leading to:

Shower room, with shower, WC, handbasin and bidet

Extensive land leading to open fields and stunning mountain views.
2 covered pergolas for al fresco relaxing and dining, with that at the main house providing enough room for all guests to dine together.

NB - this is unsuitable for very small children/elderly and infirm due to terraced nature of garden and uneven land.
