Definitely the most modern, cleanest, and most fully-equipped apartment we have booked in Italy over the past 15 years of regular visits, and one of the few which we stayed in for more than one night... It isn't very spacious, but comes with a private garden for your morning coffee and all the kitchen utensils in case you feel like cooking some pa pa pa pa pasta. Easy access by car to the seaside and some nice old towns in the mountains. Manuel is a great host who reached out to us before the arrival and we had a big laugh talking about our check in!
Well, some of the previous comments mentioned issues with parking, so I'll chip in on this one. You can drive up to the property with ease to drop off or load your luggage, but can't leave the car there overnight, as it's a narrow street and there are some other people using the road. There is a parking lot next to a block of flats about 150m away, as well as two other parking lots around 500m away. Not perfect for someone with limited mobility, but we didn't mind at all. One night we parked next to the block of flats, while the next one - in the parking lot 500m away. Hardly an issue.

Accogliente e funzionale. Curato e ben accessoriato. L'insieme della struttura risulta molto gradevole anche lo spazio esterno. Peccato per il divano letto che rovina tutto quanto.
Il divano letto è indecente non si può fare dormire le persone su una roba del genere. Usurato, scomodissimo e sporco di cui allego foto.
Preciso che è un monolocale e che ha un divano letto piccolo e non un letto matrimoniale. La descrizione non è chiara si vede se si guardano bene le foto
