Posizione ottima sopra il porto. Facilmente raggiungibile sia il centro che il lungo mare grazie a gli ascensori pedonali. Molto pulito.

L'appartamento è spazioso e si e trova tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La proprietaria, seria e gentile mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni per trovare l'appartamento. Sicuramente ci ritornerei.

Nonostante per me è situato in un posto bellissimo, la stradina non è stata facile da trovare, infatti ho dovuto contattare la proprietaria.

Un appartement confortable et pratique

Emplacement proche d'unparking gratuit. Appartement vraiment très propre. Literie confortable. Chauffage qui fonctionne bien .

Les chambres sont séparées par des parois qui laissent passer le bruit et la lumière. Beaucoup d'escaliers quand on vient du bas de Vintimille mais c'est aussi ce qui fait son charme.

E stato molto stressante trovare il posto, già un messaggio lungo da leggere che abbiamo messo 10 minuti x capire il posto e come arrivare. Poi era come la caccia al tesoro, la scatola nera accanto alla porta , fare il codice, estrarre la chiave ...etc.

Abbiamo dovuto disfare il letto e mettere tutto che abbiamo usato (asciugamani) al ingresso x essere a portata di mano.. ormai mancava solo dare lo straccio

Code zum Schlüssel hat funktioniert, Wir hatten aber Probleme mit dem Schlüssel das Schloss aufzuschließen. Ein Nachbar half (und die Vermieterin schickte Putzfrau vorbei), ein weiterer Nachbar bestätigte das Problem und ölte anderntags das Haustürschloss, so dass es dann klappte. Die Vermieterin war telefonisch erreichbar,aber eine Ansprechperson vor Ort wäre gut.

Economico soggiorno a Ventimiglia con alcuni dettagli da migliorare

La location è ottima, soprattutto se state viaggiando verso la Francia e volete fare una tappa (anche se sarebbe da specificare che è in una zona pedonale con gradini da fare per arrivarci, giusto se qualcuno non è tanto abile a camminare) e la casa era molto pulita. Ottimo prezzo!!

Ci sono alcuni aspetti da migliorare… primo tra tutti le porte. Ho preso a posta una casa con due camere (anche se qui c’è camera da letto + salotto e un’altra camera con due letti a castello) per avere un po’ di privacy, ma le porte che dividono le camere sono quelle a fisarmonica e non sono nemmeno ben montate, quindi come se non ci fossero. Poi consiglierei di ammodernare un po’ e stare attenti ai piccoli dettagli, come non darci lenzuola con buchi (anche se pulitissime!!) e mettere a posto il mobiletto in bagno.

La casa era freddissima e saltava la corrente continuamente; o accendevi il termosifone, o cucinavi, o usavi il phon, altrimenti scattava. Inoltre mancavano le pile al telecomando dello scaldotto del bagno; la signora ha detto che provvederà a risolvere il problema elettrico, ma bisognava farlo prima di ospitare delle persone.

Le linge de maison (draps et serviette) était encore mouillé et étendu dans la cuisine. Il n'y avait pas de draps disponibles pour monter le canapé clic clac en lit.

Bardzo stary, zabytkowy budynek, odrestaurowany i zadbany, z nowoczesnym wnętrzem, wyposażonym we wszystko, co potrzebne. Blisko restauracje, sklepiki, labirynt urokliwych uliczek z równie starymi budynkami, Od gospodarzy otrzymaliśmy bardzo dokładne instrukcje, dzięki którym bez problemu trafiliśmy i znaleźliśmy bezpłatny parking w niewielkiej odległości.

W zasadzie nie było nic takiego. Jedyną uciążliwością jest brak możliwości dojazdu do samego domu, ale to zrozumiałe w przypadku zakwaterowania w centrum starówki, zamkniętym dla ruchu.
