Compact yet comfortable apartment

Very clean and good facilities for a small apartment. Staff helpful and prompt when responding to messages. Close to nice swimming beach.

Nothing really, was a little far from the station and old town but also nice to be in a quiet area.

Comfortable stay and a kind owner

- The instructions to find the place were really clear. When our train delayed badly, the owner offered their help, they were really nice and responded to messages quickly! - The place was cozy, easy to locate and clean. AC worked perfectly too. - I have nothing to complain, this was such a nice apartment, I definitelly want to stay here again!

Perfect place for a sole-traveler on the edge of the Italian Riviera.

A good, humble little flat. Very clean and tidy with many homely items, nice big bed. Great price compared to other places in Italy. Barbara is a very friendly, helpful & communicable host.

The location isn't bad at all. It's in a walkable distance to the train station. But note that if you want to explore the old parts of historic Ventimiglia up on the hill, it's right up the other end of town. Still in walking distance though.

L apparrtement est simple mais tres fonctoonnel, bien equipe in neccessaire pour notre arrivee etait pense cafe sicre tisane produit vaisselle etc... Bon acceuil .

Nous avons pris une amznde de stationnement de 30€ pour avoir gare ma voiture sur place hanndicape( la carte sur le pare brise ppourtant)car s etait le jour du nettoyage de la chaussre mais rien ne l indiquait!!! Seule tache d ombre de notre sejour a da darhma..d apres la police locale deuxjours de passage les samedis et mardi.

El apartamento estaba súper limpio, muy cómodo, y perfecto para dos personas. La anfitriona también fue fantástica, muy amable y siempre a nuestra disposición. Recomendadisimo!

Monolacale ben attrezzato ideale per automuniti.

Soggiorno piacevole, casa completa di frigo, piano cottura ad induzione, forno a micronde, schermo tv ben orientato verso il letto. Monolocale ben riscaldato. Unico neo la porta d'ingresso che non dava molta tranquillita' (suggerisco un cambio di serratura).

La porta di ingresso appare poco sicura trattandosi di un piano terra facilmente accessibile da chiunque. La posizione va' bene per chi viaggia in auto, sopra i 3 giorni di soggiorno la distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria comincia a pesare e bisogna informarsi per la frequenza degli autobus interurbani.

Muy buen alojamiento, aseado y completo, tiene lo suficiente y esencial para la estancia, muy agradecidos con el agua y el café proporcionado. La señora Bárbara -nuestra anfitriona- fue muy amable y pendiente de nuestra acomodación, nos dio instrucciones precisas y oportunas, no tuvimos inconvenientes, fue fácil y rápido tanto el Check In como el Check Out ¡Gracias señora Bárbara!
