About this house rental
Welcome to Smith Lake! Recently remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin on Smith Lake with Pontoon and only minutes from town. This property has a nice lake lot that has low elevation and nice frontage. Smith lake is 323 acres with a maximum depth of 31 ft. and specializes in blue gill, crappie, northern pike, large mouth bass and walleye. Smith Lake is a great recreational lake being small enough to not have a lot of traffic but big enough to enjoy all lake recreation. The lake has a very nice Northwoods feel and is close to town allowing for easy access for your needs.
Interior Features- High Speed Internet, WiFi TV with Youtube TV, DVD Player with DVD's, AC and Heat, 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds, Couch with Hidabed, Gas Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Crock Pot and Refrigerator(Dishes and Utensils included).
Exterior Features- 110' of private frontage, Sandy Beach Area(on right side of dock), Gas Grill, 10x20' Deck with Table, Firepit, Pontoon, 40' Private Dock, On Site Garbage and Recycling.
Boat's- 18' Northwoods pontoon with 40hp Honda 4 Stroke Fuel Injected Motor. Anchor, Depth Finder, 8 Adult life jackets and Throw cushion are included. The Pontoon will be in the water from ice out until October 31st every season.

We had a wonderful week here fishing and enjoying all the lake had to offer. Jon was a wonderful host, supplying all we needed upon arrival and communicated very well. The cabin itself is small but we had all we needed and it was very clean and welcoming! We’d love to come back again!

We had a great time on the boat and at the cabin. Cabin is simple and small, but cozy and perfect for vacation. The boat ran fine and got us all over the lake, caught a few nice size large mouth from the boat and lots of baby perch, blue gill off the dock. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. TV worked great for chillin' out time. Grill was great too. FYI watch the bugs at night, they get in fast when you open the door! Getting back into town was a breeze and only takes a few minutes. The lake and the area in general were nice and quiet that far out, which was great!

We had a great stay! Great location right on the lake, fire pit, grill, and very clean and cozy cabin! Plus, a pontoon! Very pleased and highly recommend.

Small cabin on Smith lake with all your needs. Having a pontoon boat included is fantastic! The location to Hayward is perfect. Rural cabin yet 5 minutes to town. And 8 minutes to Hayward golf club too! I would recommend this place.
