Max occupancy is 8 guests plus 2 dogs.
The apartment features a spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a 75 inch TV in the living room, and the sofa in the living room pulls out into a double bed. One bedroom is a large room that has a queen bed; this bedroom also has an office area with a desk, chair, and TV/computer monitor. Another bedroom has a queen bed with a closet, and the third bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds.
There is a full bathroom that also has a washer and dryer in it.
There are exterior stairs that lead out to the back yard and waterfront of Lake Hayward. Guests are welcome to use the waterfront.
There is a grill outside to use for cooking/grilling and additionally there is a propane firepit.
Wi-Fi is provided. Network TV via streaming service is also provided.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed but must be declared and paid for beforehand. Dogs are the only type of pets allowed - no other animals are allowed. The owner(s) of the dog(s) are solely responsible for them and must maintain control of them at all times.
The main entrance/exit is at the front of the building, and guests will receive a key code to use throughout their stay. There is also a rear entrance/exit at the rear of the apartment, and the lock on that door will use the same key code as the main entrance.
Parking is available in front of the building.
Guests have access to the outside grounds/yard at the rear of the building. Guests also have access to the waterfront, dock, and lake. Use of the outside grounds, waterfront, dock, and lake is at the guests' own risk. The owner assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, and/or lost property.
Access to the apartment is by stairs only, so guests must be able to go up and down stairs.
