This seasonal rental has three bedrooms with queen beds and two baths (tub/shower). Granite countertops, new appliances and flooring showcase the recent renovations. The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials to enjoy at-home cooking. A private washer/dryer lets you take care of laundry, so feel free to pack light.
The Bellamar at Beachwalk is a lovely gated community with a resort-style pool, hot tub, and fitness center. You are only minutes from Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Enjoy live music on Fort Myers Beach or go shelling and sunbathing on the world-class beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands. For nightlife and dining, drive to the nearby River District in downtown Fort Myers for a night you won't soon forget.
Located at the intersection of McGregor Boulevard and San Carlos Boulevard, you are only minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Bunche Beach. Bicycle, Kayak, or take a leisurely drive around J. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel. Go shelling and sunbathing on the world-class beaches of Sanibel and Captiva islands and golf a few rounds at any of the several nearby golf courses. (monthly rentals only)

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Jennifer the host was very accommodating and helpful with any questions. The location was excellent. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Close to the beach.

This place is as stated and very convenient to beaches, parks shopping. You can walk or bike to nearby beach, park and groceries. Good space with all imaginable supplies present. Outside space is noisy as it abuts a busy road. Condo amenities are great! Only thing missing was a grill. Would definitely recommend, Jenn is a super host!!
