3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo in a gated community, Bellamar at Beachwalk in south Fort Myers. Close to Fort Myers Beach (about 5 miles), Sanibel Causeway Bridge (to get to Sanibel and Captiva Islands), outlet shopping, grocery stores and great restaurants! Great location for lots of fun activities like fishing, shelling, golfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, parasailing, kite surfing and bike riding. Bellamar at Beachwalk features amenities such as a heated pool, sundeck, clubhouse and fitness room. Close to the RSW Southwest Florida International Airport (16 miles)
Family friendly condo for up to 6 guests. NEW FLOORS and new Paint. Pictures will be up dated soon. Master bedroom with king sized bed & bathroom, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and 3rd bedroom with 1 Queen bed. Kitchen is equipped with cookware, silverware, cups, dinnerware, etc. if you choose to cook your own meals. The condo also has a stackable washer/dryer in the unit along with a dishwasher, fridge and stove.
A short drive away to other great destinations such as Cape Coral, Bonita Springs and Naples.

What a great stay! We stayed Jan-Mar, 2022 and we could not have been happier. Paul and Natalie were perfect hosts, attending to our needs/questions promptly. The location is just what we wanted. It's central to Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach, Pine Island, etc. but without the traffic. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It's a great walking community as well with plenty of sidewalks. Publix is within walking distance.
The new floors are beautiful. The condo has pretty much everything you would need including beach gear (chairs, cart, towels, etc.), plenty of pillows, towels, sheets, blankets. We cooked many meals ourselves and had most everything we needed. We enjoyed the little lanai and fenced area every morning and evening.
The pool and fitness center are both very clean and the entire complex was well tended and felt very safe.
We would definitely love to come back!
Some places we really enjoyed while we were there are:
Bimini Bait Shack (just before the bridge over to Sanibel). It's an interesting, fun atmosphere with live music daily.
Bert's Bar on Pine Island. The best fish & (homemade) chips and fish tacos. Also live reggae music daily and fun outdoor seating.
Pinchers (It's a chain, but the food is excellent). We visited 3 different locations and had great food every time. Also, they have happy hour all day every day.
Ford's Garage - neat atmosphere and great burgers.
Edison/Ford Winter Homes - we actually bought an annual pass so we could come back again. There was too much to see in one day.
Ft. Myers Beach - but the traffic to get there was horrific. If you plan to go, go early in the morning (before 8am) or you will spend more than an hour just sitting in traffic and parking will be a nightmare. Once there, the beach is nice.
