Our apartment is located in stunning, Mediterranean style gated community with tropical gardens and lakes surrounding beautiful swimming pool and functional clubhouse (fully-equipped gym, pool table, foosball table, mini library, party room with bar and fireplace).
This comfortable, beautiful, recently decorated condominium home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The master bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, oversized walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and even bigger walk-in closet. Third bedroom has two twin beds and another big walk-in closet. Second and third bedroom are next to the second full bathroom with bathtub. The dining area seats four and is adjacent to the large kitchen area with all the modern conveniences. Brand new dish washer and microwave were just installed. The full-size washer and dryer are situated in their own utility room.

I really enjoyed my one month stay at Robert's condo. My daughter's family and grandkids were able to join me for one week and liked the place as well. Great communication with the owner, as they were replacing the roofs during my stay. There were no issues during the roof replacement. The condo was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The pictures online are accurate.
The Gardens at Beachwalk complex was also very appealing with a beautiful pool and a nice clubhouse area. The complex is centrally located approximately 10 minutes from the beach, with a Super Target and Publix within one mile.
I would absolutely stay here again, and can highly recommend Robert's condo for a great family vacation spot.

Mostly positive. Good location. Unit well maintained. We’ve stayed at various Gardens at Beachwalk units for the past three years and plan to stay again in 2020.

This condo is a very warm welcoming place to stay. It was home to me for a couple months and I was always happy to come home. It’s also much larger than you think! Very close to beaches and Sanibel Island, grocery store, gym and restaurants. It was always quiet and low-key. The owner was very nice and was happy to share fishing and beach equipment that he leaves there. It is on the 2nd floor but I could rarely hear the neighbors. Great place. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

When we first arrived, the condo looked clean but smelled musty and on further inspection we found mold on the window sills in all room. I called about this right away. The owner had the property manager arrange for the carpets to be cleaned and as well she came over and got rid of the mold. Even after the carpets were cleaned there was still a musty smell. It is a good sized 3 bedroom Condo however it’s in desperate need of updating. Veneer coming off some of the cabinets, original faucets and sink. Furniture has seen better days, although the sectional is comfortable the other furniture is very worn. Window Screen in the master bedroom was torn and the blinds not great at keeping parking lot lights out. Although we were aware that 2 beds were queen size (a king in the master would be much nicer) they were not very comfortable for us.. very firm.
It was nice to have two bathrooms in the unit when we had family stay and the pool area is very nice. We have stayed at Gardens at Beachwalk previously and like the area and convenience of the location. Close to beaches and restaurants. I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend this particular unit at the price requested until some TLC has been put into it. I let the property manager know that we were leaving 5 days early and said we would be happy to provide feedback about the unit directly if they were interested. They weren’t.
