Disappointing stay

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and I honestly cannot understand how it has such a high rating. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were polite and helpful.

The room itself was quite worn out and poorly maintained. There were visible stains on the walls, carpet, and curtains. The refrigerator had not been cleaned after the previous guests and still contained leftovers. Although we contacted reception and they promptly sent someone to clean it — which we appreciated — this should not have happened in the first place. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned and showed clear signs of wear. There was dust, buildup in the shower and toilet. Not to mention that we saw a cockroach. The balcony was dirty, so we did not use it at all. The most disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast. We were informed that breakfast was served from 7am to 10am, but when we arrived around 9am, almost nothing was left — only a few slices of ham, cheese and bread, some yogurt, granola, and a bit of scrambled eggs. 70% of the plates were completely empty. Even though there still was an hour left, nothing was refilled. The following day, we decided not to waste our time and chose to have a breakfast outside instead. There's a nice brunch place nearby. Overall, aside from the kind staff, the hotel was poorly maintained and did not live up to its rating.

Nice short weekend break in Nova Pazova

Staff was very friendly and assisted us with any queries and requests we had. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and hotel have a modern look. It is located in a nice quiet area and there is a mall nearby with all you need.

The room was clean but the bathroom amenities could use a good scrub.

False advertising of the room

The room description on the booking website clearly included the following facilities: Kitchen Refrigerator Dining area and dining table Bottle of water However, upon arrival after an exhausting 11-hour drive, we were extremely disappointed to find that none of these facilities were present in the room. The minibar was empty, not even a single bottle of water was provided, and there is no kitchen, no refrigerator, and no dining area as advertised. Additionally, the room is in poor condition: The room is very dated and worn There are visible stains on the walls The bathroom sink has barely any water pressure The shower cabin floods within a minute of use We also spoke with the receptionist, who does not speak English and confirmed that no rooms in the hotel have kitchens or refrigerators, which directly contradicts the listing on your website. This is clearly false advertising, and I feel that I have paid for services and facilities that were not provided. All good and nice, but breakfast without coffee...

The location is nice in case you are traveling on the highway like us. Personnel is friendly and sufficient. We'll come back

We didn't like that coffee/tea was not offered for breakfast. First time we see breakfast without offering coffee or tea. Besides, breakfast is below average and no personnel were there, no matter what. We could knock a door for coffee, but finally I had to ask it from the bar area (outside the breakfast room) and pay extra for it... This is my first time I see something like this and although the rest of the hotel is very very good, no or paid coffee for breakfast is really a bad thing.

Nice location, pet friendly, there is grass around the hotel, very convenient for the dogs 🐕

The air-condition is a bit noisy, and there are no mosquito nets on the windows. In addition, the breakfast was good, but there were no too many choices.

Everything went well, nice single room with comfortable bed. New hotel with nice interior and feel. Also, the painting in my room was actually decent, so good taste generally. I guess many business travellers choose a hotel in Belgrade when visiting Nova Pazova, as both cities are pretty close, but if you have a morning meeting in Nova Pazova and want to escape the busy Belgrade traffic, I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was fine, e.g. fluffy scrambled eggs, but lacked a little variety, as it was mainly animal based. Some vegetables would be nice.

There's currently roadworks on the shortest way from the motorway and the road is closed. Adds about 10 mns. of extra travel.

Nice new hotel

Loved the cleanliness of the room. The staff was very friendly, the ones I met had a very good English. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was very clean and had a modern look. We booked after waiting all day in the border with Croatia, i would stay there again if I have to.

Breakfast was a bit bland, but you still can find something to eat. Pillows were a but soft, but was tired and didn't ask for extra.

Der Kaffee in der kleinen Bar.

The aircondition didn't work. 28°C at night. Nobody cares. Handle of the door to the veranda is not correctly adjusted. Nobody cares. Suddenly no breakfast buffet anymore. Reduced service. Long waiting... Nobody cares. Wrong invoice on the name of another company. Nobody cares. Noisy street right in front of my window. Not good in combination with a not working AC.
