Almost perfect! This is a great property and would definitely stay here again. The list of pros is so long (see below). This property would be amazing, but the shower issue noted by other reviewers is real. The property has hot water, but for some reason the showers do not get hot. I feel it is a simple fix with the shower valves, and I hope they can get it fixed. We did reach out to see if they had any suggestions, but the suggestion was to put the handle in the mid position. Even with luke warm showers, the everything else is so good, the property gets a good review.Pros: VERY clean, everything is in new condition, AC in the entire unit, beautiful views, comfy beds, private parking (do not take this for granted in PR), ice maker, great location to walk to coffee and foodCons: Warm/low pressure showers, the one bedroom is bright at night due to lights in the hallway. Not a big deal, but worth noting if you have kids that would be sensitive to that

This place was perfect!!!!! Water views and restaurants in walking distance. And a coffeehouse!!! If you want a relaxing visit stay here.

Great location, near lots of good surf spots, clean and comfortable unit. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Nice beach and good restaurants nearby. The only thing that we didn't love was that the hot water was not very consistent in the shower. Not sure there is much that could be done about that due to the size of the water heater.
