About this villa rental
Within a private controlled-access beach-front community, this house is 150 steps from a 2-mile quiet secluded beach with a natural 3ft. deep seapool in front of villa used by adults and small children in wintertime. It is similar to the great reserve properties of the world at a fraction of the price. It is 2,800 sq. ft, three bedrooms (1 King bed in masters , 2 twin beds and a queen bed in separate guest rooms), which allow the house to sleep 6. If you have additional children, hotel type cots may be made available for up to 2 more. It also has 2 ½ baths and two parking in front of the villa. WHEN RESERVING at Punta GET a 3 Bedroom, there are 2 bedrooms convertible to 3 but not the same. The 3 has the awesome rooftop terrace and much more ROOM. Awesome ocean views from villa front siting area and roof terrace from which to enjoy the sunset and star gazing every evening. Common activities include Punta beach and family sea Pool at Punta, visiting other nearby beaches, sailing, boating, whale watching, scuba (ex. Desecheo and Mona island), fishing, sea shell collecting at Punta, bird watching, tennis ( tennis racquets included) at Punta, swimming and surfing, star gazing.Excellent budget friendly local cuisine and excellent international fare including fresh seafood.The three-story villa has two terraces. It comes equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room , high speed Internet and Internet tv ( no cable tv) and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances ( refrigerator/freezer dishwasher, microwave,/ oven/stove etc.), The entrance, dining, living room and patio on the first floor. The villa also includes a 50-inch flat screen/smart TV ( amazon, netflix etc) in the family room as well as a flat-screen in the Master bedroom. It has , kitchen utensils/silverware, beach camp chairs, 2 boogey boards, towels, washer/dryer and high-thread count linens. Use of clubhouse pool is free .

We chose this villa beacuse we wanted to be close to the beach, since apparently it had a small area for kids. However, the shallow area for kids was gone. That was not a problem since there are other beaches close by. The villa was clean, everything was provided for us, literally we only brought our clothes and food, and some beach stuff, other than that Chris provided everything. Is a safe area, my father in law walked around every morning and afternoon around the area. I will come back

We stayed at Plaza del Mar, in Rincon, PR. The condo was on the beach and it was everything the brochure said it was. It was clean, had most kitchen utensils, etc., and quiet. We, six, were quite pleased, being that our son was getting married there. Thank you for providing us with all of our needs. I would recommend this condo to anyone who just wants to relax and not be bothered. Most of the restaurants were nice, but there wasn't anywhere to shop for "trinkets" to take home.

First let me say that the owners of this property are just as amazing as the location!
The resort is tucked away in a beautiful and relaxing setting. Checking in to the condo was easier than checking into any hotel. We were greeted upon arrival and owners gave us a tour and any information needed for our stay. The condo itself was clean, spacious and beautiful. The location of the condo is steps from the ocean (which is private) where you can enjoy long walks, sunsets, sunbathing and spectacular sea glass treasures. Location of the condo is close to everything. We have traveled to Rincon for the past 4 years in February and have had our share of experiences/rentals. This year has been the best by far. We are already trying to figure out our dates of travel for next year so we can book early. Thank you again!!!!!

Chris (owner) and his wife met us upon our arrival, despite the late hour we finally rolled into Punta del Mar. They oriented us to the villa, then departed. The villa is one of the best appointed rentals we have ever had. There was everything you could want and more. Two boogie boards, a pair of snorkel equipment, four tennis rackets, beach towels, and lots of starter food in the kitchen. We were there for a week, with our adult children who enjoyed the high surf when we first arrived and then by week's end it had settled down to the point we could snorkel off the beach.
The town of Rincon is a wonderful laid-back surfer community, with a range of food options from excellent Thai at the Ode to the Elephants and many beachside bar restaurants.
The villa is spacious and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed all three levels. The community is gated and expansive, with pleasant neighbors and a nice safe feeling.
Although it takes about 10+ minutes to drive to Rincon, you can walk directly west on the beach and make it to the Tamboo bar in 5 minutes. Our guys did just that on New Years eve.
We would come back again and stay at this villa.
