About this villa rental
La Casa Paraiso is a modern villa with an open plan design to maximize the Ocean views and blur the line between outdoor and indoor living. Everything in our Villa was custom built by us for your enjoyment .
We are 1 mile from the ocean, a short walk down a beautiful hill full of lush tropical vegetation.
While you're staying at La Casa Paraiso, the house will be your private oasis! We have over 2000 plus square feet of outdoor space and 1/4 acre of tropical landscaped grounds with a 10 foot privacy wall surrounding the entire property. Feel free to explore the grounds or kick back and enjoy a bon fire at our fire pit .
Make sure to spend some time on the rooftop deck, perfect spot for morning yoga, surf checks, sun bathing and midnight star gazing.

The view from the house is stunning!! Ocean view, sunrises and sunsed are beautiful. We couldn’t ask for a better house!

If you want to stay at an immaculate and lovely location with amenities, nearby beaches and great food. La Casa Paraiso is your place. It catered to all of our family members ages 12-57. Shawn and his wife were wonderful to work with. They responded to our questions quickly and were simply lovely. We’re are definitely thinking of this place next time we’re in the island. 5 Stars Plus!!!

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed for a great stay in Rincón for our group of 5. Whoever designed and built the home has great attention to detail. Great communication and instructions. Note the location differs from the VRBO map. Home is on 413 near the restaurant La Cantina (which was pretty good)
