Sandy Beach Villa is also located just a short drive from historical landmarks, natural wonders, and sensational snorkeling and scuba diving.
Nestled among the palm trees on one of Puerto Rico`s most beautiful beaches, Sandy Beach is located on the Northwest Coast of Puerto Rico in the region known as the Porta Del Sol. Just follow Hwy 413 - `The Road to Happiness` - to the Villa.
While the Villa has an aura of peaceful seclusion, it`s just minutes away from the quaint coastal town of Rincón, where you`ll find lots of local color, tourist attractions, and staples such as food markets, restaurants, entertainment, and medical services. Nearby Aguada (to the east) and Mayagüez (south of Rincón) offer a larger city experience, with a wider variety of goods, services, and entertainment.
Walk into the living area first thing in the morning and open your doors to sparkling ocean waters. Or choose to spend time on the rooftop tiled terrace where you can enjoy grilling, dining and star gazing. The rooftop terrace, as well as the private parking area, the northside of the patio and stairs to the beach are common areas.

We had a great stay st Sandy Beach Villa. 1st floor , walk out to patio and beach. Some nice restaurants within a few minutes walk . Had a car so we could go downtown Rincon (10 minutes ) where we had some great food at 413 Cafe among others. Our condo was very comfortable and came with everything we needed. Would go back and would recommend to friends . Enjoy

What’s not to love? Super clean and well appointed - there is nothing else you need. Amazing location. Cold AC. Great hot showers. Nearby places to grab a bite. Responsive real estate team. You will love it!

Although the location and overall aesthetic of this home were great there were quite a few issues. The weather was fine no reason for outages but the power went out a few times. The dryer took the entire day to dry clothes and the wifi only worked 2/5 days so there was no tv and phones ran off extended network causing us an excessive bill. I contacted the host a few times and her only response was “hopefully it comes back soon”. She advertises beach amenities such as chairs and toys however they were rusted and disintegrating in a broken deck box. The toiletries provided included 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, and 2 garbage bags for a 5 night stay. Its listed as a family friendly home however there were more hazards for children than benefits. The back table and gate were falling apart with rusty nails and jagged edges. There were rat traps on the porch in reach of children with no posted warnings and the furniture was not anchored to the wall causing a nearly fatal crash of a dresser onto my toddler just from opening a draw while empty. I also mentioned this to the host with no response. On the surface it seemed clean but i woke up to a large cockroach on its back in the hallway one morning and saw 2 large city sized rats run under my husband’s chair while sitting on the porch. While the beachfront location of the home make it highly desirable there was many factors of negligence lacking maintenance and basic necessities to make it hospitable
