We had the same family renting for 2 years, they loved the proximity to the beach and easy access to the pool. Modern 3BR/3BA two-story townhome it is fully furnished for extended stays, with a gourmet kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, 2 refrigerators, 5 smart TVs. Enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. Intercostal dock with floating dock, bikes, paddle boards, a kayak, and beach gear are included. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and offers a mix of space, comfort, and location. story townhome: 1st story is a two car tandem garage and opens up to a newly renovated Italian tiled patio with a full entertainment sectional that sits 8 and has a brand new propane barbecue and outdoor lighting. The garage has beach chairs umbrellas, cooler, wagon to carry everything to the beach, and bikes. There is a full private patio with 8 seat sectional and propane BBQ and outdoor lights for evening gatherings. 2nd story: full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steal appliances with brand new dishes, glasses and gourmet cooking ware. Kitchen is set up for entertaining. Living room with a 75 inch LED TV and sound bar, large sectional that seats 8 people.Fully functioning fire place. Full dining room suite that sits 6 people. Welcome to IRB Beach Townhome, a modern 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome in the gated Sunset Bay community of Indian Rocks Beach. It has 1,668 sq ft of living space, a gourmet kitchen, 5 TVs, and a resort-style heated pool and hot tub. Walk to the beach, Crabby Bill's, Kooky Coconut, Guppy's, and local coffee and ice cream shops. Bikes, paddle boards, a kayak, and beach wagon, toys, sun shelter, and beach games.
The space
Primary Master Suite (2nd floor): This oversized 400 sq ft retreat has a private balcony with great views, a king bed with luxury linens, a 55" TV, a large dresser, night stands and a desk. The ensuite bath has a double vanity, a deluxe walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: Two XL twins that convert to a king, a flat-screen TV, a dresser, and 2 closets. It has an ensuite bath with a tub.
Bedroom 3: Two XL twins that convert to a king, a flat-screen TV, a dresser, and 2 closets. It has an ensuite bath with a deluxe shower.
All bathrooms have hairdryers and makeup mirrors.
Kitchen and living (1st floor): The gourmet kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances, including a new refrigerator and a new range with an air-fryer setting. It is fully stocked with a high-speed blender, an Instant Pot, high-end cookware, china, and wine glasses, plus a wine rack. There are deluxe bowls, dishes, glasses wine and cocktail accessories. The dining table seats 6, and linen tablecloths and napkins are provided. The open living area is filled with natural light and looks out on the pool. It has a sectional that seats 6, a 75" TV, a sound bar, and a DVD player. A balcony off the living room is the perfect spot for sunrise coffee. Games, books, and puzzles are on hand for family nights. The washer and dryer are on the 1st floor.
Outdoor patio: The Italian-tiled patio has an outdoor sectional, an outdoor bar, a flat-screen TV, a 4-burner stainless steel gas grill, and evening lighting, so it's ideal for game days and dinners outside.
Comforts: The home has Hotel Collection sheets and duvets, plush bath and beach towels, 5 TVs with Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Alexa speakers. It also has a new, quiet, high-efficiency AC system and a water softener.

• Community dock with floating dock to paddle board and kayak. You can fish off the dock, watch the sunset and sunrise and watch dolphins and manatees

• This is our family vacation home and is rented only occasionally, so everything is kept in excellent condition
