The location was great. We were right on the water, and the dolphins swam right up to the pier in the morning. It was only a short walk to the beach and close to everything. The property had been recently updated. I don't have any complaints.

The location was excellent. Under half a mile to the beach and about a mile to several local eateries.
The property is spacious and very comfortable and clean. It isn’t particularly fancy inside but that actually made staying there more relaxing. It is mostly very well equipped.
We have already made a future booking as the location is particularly ideal for us.
The kitchen could be a little better equipped with glass ware and outdoor/unbreakable drinks ware. Some of the electrical sockets did not work.

The house was very spacious in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood which is a plus.
Not enough seating in back room at the end of the night when everyone is tired, lying down watching tv. Beach supplies need to be updated. No recreational or parking passes supplied that were described in the booking site.

The location was quiet and the neighborhood was clean. The view off the back deck was beautiful and relaxing. They had beach supplies in the closet that came in useful. The pool stays at a comfortable temperature. I would definitely recommend this rental property to my friends and family.
Some of the sheets and pillowcases had old blood on them. We aren’t soft about blood, but the next person might be. I’d suggest replacing them.
