About this house rental
Welcome to our townhome on the beach! This 2 bedroom plus loft/2 bathroom home can sleep up to 8 guests. There is a nice kitchen and eating area, living room, laundry room and balcony with beach views. There are 2 covered parking spots right outside the unit as well as the heated pool! In the downstairs closet there are plenty of beach chairs and floats for your use, along with beach towels provided. You will love the location situated in the town of Indian Rocks Beach walking distance to many amazing restaurants and shops.
We will provide for you keypad instructions prior to your stay. Unit is also equipped with a ring doorbell for added security.

We were very pleased with the property. Brian was just fabulous to communicate with. The unit was very clean and the added touches - shampoo, conditioner, lotions were very appreciated as you can't carry much in your carry-on when flying! The balcony on the side has a lovely view of the water. It is just steps to the beach and in a very central neighbourhood.

We appreciated the location essentially on the beach. Easy walk to food and ice cream. We were disappointed that we couldn't rent for the same time frame for next year. we thought the standard used to be to let a renter have first dibs for the next. Apparently that courtesy no longer exists.

This is a great rental unit ... so clean and well equipped in every way. Close to the beach, and within walking distance of stores, restaurants, bars, etc. We did have to contact the owners at one point, and they responded immediately. Thank you Brian, we appreciated you very much! We liked the place so well, we tried to book it again for 2024, but the weeks we wanted were already taken. That's all the proof you need that this is a good rental unit!
