This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in a serene neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom two has a king-sized bed. Bedroom 3 has two double beds. There are four flat screen TV's, one in the LR and one in each bedroom. With high speed internet to stream all your favorite shows and stay connected during your stay.
Dining table has seating for six, plenty of room for everyone to sit down together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils, blender, electric griddle, toaster and more. Everything you need to prepare a lovely meal.

Adorable little house that was perfect for a weekend stay! Had everything we needed and was very cozy. Very clean and beds were super comfortable and kitchen was pretty well stocked although we did not do much cooking. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal, which isn’t a big deal but just something to be aware of. Owner was very responsive in making sure that we were comfortable and we did not have any problems during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Athens.

The house was very welcoming. Loved the Welcome sign for our family. Heather was quick to answer any questions I had. A beautiful home/property and would definitely stay again. Location was perfect. Short getaway for a football game. Thank you to our Host.

The house is extremely well appointed and nicer than what is reflected in pictures. The hosts provided clear and accurate communication.This place is not in walking distance to the UGA campus but we had to rent a car anyway. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to campus.Backyard has amazing facilities - picnic benches, fire pit etc. I would definitely stay here again and will try to for future visits.

We had a great experience! The house was easy to get to, close to shopping and our event venues. Perfect stay, loved the house and the host was so easy to work with, quickly responding to all messages. We highly recommend this property!!
