Lovely break, unique setting
Very clean, stylish and spacious apartment. Lovely setting nice and quiet. Very good selection of tea and coffee sachets.

Great place
Second time we stayed and excellent again. Beautiful flat, good size, and quiet location close to the shops. We will definitely be back.
Some of the equipment could be better (e.g. there is hardly any toilet paper, frying pan was full of scratches, etc.).

LOVED the house tour, the staff almost made you feel you were right there in the time they spoke about, very well done and superb on the storytelling!!
the only thing that would consider an issue was the WIFI strength and security, (had to use local wifi as the secure wifi was not attainable) and the stairs going up to the flat would be an issue for those who are less able, it IS doable but not for numerous times.

lovely property, no private access to flat which meant we were on public view all the time. The new general manager aired his concerns at us staying at the property as we were up on a hunting trip on the Basin.
we’re made to feel unwelcome by site manager. he was worried about public perception. Informed us to book different accomadation on the site in future. will not visit again.

Lovely comfortable apartment with a unique opportunity to stay on this delightful NTS property.
Luxurious, beautifully decorated and furnished apartment, fantastic surroundings and friendly, helpful staff on site. Complimentary entrance to the house when it’s open plus had the whole grounds to ourselves after closing time!
What’s not to like? The steps might not suit someone with reduced mobility obviously. Pizza cutter would be a bonus ;-)

Excellent. Accommodation very good, lovely walks , friendly people.
Location excellent for as it was near our son and his family. The flat was excellent, no complaints.
Steps outside not too easy for me (we knew there were steps!) but not really a problem as we went down once and up once each day.
