West End home comfortably sleeping 8 guests, with 5.5 bath home extends over 3 levels in 2600 sf. with shiplap walls in the living spaces and bedrooms give this home an elegant Cape Cod feel. The First floor of the homes main floor features dramatic floor to ceiling grey slate surrounding the gas fireplace, with built-in s on each side, vaulted and beamed ceilings, and a table sized to comfortably fit 8. The kitchen is outfitted with Bosch appliances and an oversized silestone island, comfortable living room that opens-up to a two-level deck area that includes a lovely outdoor dining area for 8 people The main floor also includes 1/2 bath and private king bedroom with on-suite. The spacious garden level includes a media room with comfortable seating, additional dining, including granite counter wet bar, ice-make, refrigeration, that opens to the lower deck, and a den with 1 queen bed. On the 2nd floor are 2 king bedrooms each with their own en-suite baths (one with a tub). The owners of this home have masterfully combined warm textures with luxury accouterments; every guest will feel like it’s their home too. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Cancellation Policy:
If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

Our group was super impressed with everything about this vacation rental. It was everything the ad said it would be and more. Literally everything we needed was there. Big, spacious rooms and closets. Multiple (private) entrances, multiple living areas. We are looking forward to returning next year!
