Maison Stella di mare

The house looks just like on the pictures. It is well equipped. The graetest advantage is its location. It is in a walking distance to a beach, just opposite a very good restaurant and near to a supermarket.

There could be better mattresses on both double beds.

The villa looks just like the photos, everything is clean and in great condition. The owners are very nice and willing to help :)) There is a beautiful sand beach within 10 minutes of walking, also a rock beach even nearer. A supermarket is located very near to the villa, there are also two restaurants and a car rental in the area, overall the villa is placed in a great location.

Renovated and clean bathroom, very well equipped kitchen, nice patio furniture, friendly owners.

The inside of the house looks rather dated and both kitchen and living room had an unclean and sticky feel. Even though we were charged an extra fee for checking-in after hours, there was no hot water when we arrived. It took a while to figure out how to switch on the boiler to get it heated. It's not possible to have upstairs and downstairs aircon units on at the same time as the power goes off in the house. In fact any combination of household appliances (e.g. kettle + washing machine) causes a black-out. Overall the place has potential but would require major refresh and infrastructure upgrades to fulfill its promise.
