De gastheer Rafaelle is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij hielp ons onder meer toen we met een ziek kind naar de dokter moesten. We kregen ook goede adviezen over stranden, restaurants en activiteiten in de omgeving. Ik raad zeker aan om de kayak-excursie vanuit Cagliari te doen. Het zwembad (met ondiep gedeelte voor de kinderen) was fantastisch en werd goed onderhouden. Ook de tuin er omheen was zeer mooi en zorgde voor voldoende schaduw. Het appartement is voldoende ruim roor 4 à 6 personen.

We hebben eigenlijk niet echt iets negatief te melden maar indien we toch een goede raad mogen geven, zouden we de keukenuitrusting een kleine upgrade geven. Er is bijvoorbeeld geen gewone oven (wel een microwave!) noch een vaatwasmachine. Dat wisten we uiteraard op voorhand (zie Booking) maar wanneer je er langer verblijft en ook zelf wat wil koken, zou dat een grote meerwaarde zijn. Je hebt er ook absoluut een auto nodig.

Es gibt nur eine eigenständige Wohnung die vermietet wird. Der Hausherr wohnt nebenan. Es ist sehr angenehm und ruhig, den sehr gut gepflegten Aussenbereich am Pool hatten wir für uns allein. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie versorgten uns mit jeder Menge Tipps.

Strom für die Klimaanlage ist extra zu bezahlen. Dies wurde bei Ankunft mitgeteilt (bei Buchung ist uns dies zumindest nicht aufgefallen). Abrechnung mittels Zähler, für 5 Nächte haben wir 50 EUR bezahlt.

If you consider renting this place for vacation, read this first: The location of this place is in the hills on a dirt road where you sometimes wish you have jeep or so. That means nothing is in walking distance to anything. You need to drive to get groceries or see places. The host lives on the same premise, which means you run into him pretty much daily. This could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how much privacy you like. The advertised pool has a great view, but is smaller than it looks like on the picture. You will occasionally share the pool with the host and his family. The host does not speak English and uses google translate to communicate. This can create some challenges, in our case, it was how to deal with the garbage. The garbage has to be properly separated AND apparently, we were responsible to bring each kind of garbage outside in front to the street on specific days. This wasn’t quite clear to us and the host was upset when we checked out and noticed that we separated the garbage BUT did not bring it outside for collection. The house inside is reasonable, has 2 bathrooms and air condition, BUT you have to pay extra for the air condition, it is not included. There’s an electrical meter measuring the consumption and the host will charge you accordingly. For us, it was 30 Euro for 5 days. The larger bathroom has a nice walk in shower, but the drain doesn’t properly work so if you take a regular shower, it will flow over and flood the apartment. The kitchen has enough space, but is sparsely equipped. There is no dish washing soap and no cleaning utensils to do the dishes…there is also no dish washer. Also, the pans and pots are old, one pot lid fell apart and all knives are dull, not sharp. So if you plan to cook there, bring your own proper utensil’s that you think you need. The internet works, but the signal in the in the rental place is a bit weak. The place had a washing machine, but unfortunately it was broken.
