Enjoy luxury at this Orange Beach, Alabama condo rental when you stay at Cotton Bayou 4G. This newly renovated condo is full of coastal elegance from top to bottom. Sleeping 10 guests in total, with three bedrooms, a loft bonus room and two bathrooms, this condo is a beach lover’s paradise!
Upon entering Cotton Bayou 4G, you are greeted by cheerful shiplap and beachy elements that will make you feel right at home in Orange Beach. In the center of the condo is a plush living room with a Smart TV and access to a private balcony. The balcony makes for a great place to wake up with a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy a view of the community. Plus, the addition of a fully equipped kitchen on vacation means that you can prepare any kind of treat at the drop of a hat. Then, gather around the dining table to enjoy mealtime together. In addition, a spiral staircase in the living room takes you up to a second story where you’ll find a loft area. The loft area serves as a kids’ nook, with a bunk bed and a cozy place to hang out.
Relaxing amenities are exactly what you need on vacation, and Cotton Bayou in Orange Beach does not disappoint! A community pool with a covered pavilion, tennis courts, and barbecue grills are all available for your use. A small pavilion overlooks the docks and Cotton Bayou. Boat slips are also available on a first come first serve basis, for our guests who like to travel with their boat on vacation. Note: Boat must be registered with the Complex Manager before arrival. You’ll be impressed when you set out on some of the Gulf’s best waters!
Not to mention, there are also lots of fun things to do on vacation in Orange Beach , whether you are looking for adventure or leisure. The Wharf is a fun family-friendly destination, with movie theaters, laser tag, shopping, and local restaurants. Was a good place for the family to stay for the weekend while we went deep sea fishing. The kids enjoyed the pool, but beach access wasn’t the easiest. You have to cross the busy road and walk through a specific condo, or park at the cotton bayou beach access…it’s not bad if you are able but it’s at least a 2-3 block walk to the beach. Otherwise a decent place.

We enjoyed our time at Cotton Bayou. It was conveniently located to all around. We had a boat and used the marina. It was everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo had all the amenities we needed. The large deck was great to hang out in at night.

The only thing I didn’t like it all was the traffic and the we had to pay for parking to go beach 10 dollars every day

We found snot rubbed on the walls, dust everywhere , the cleaning service needs to learn to clean or be replaced! The beach access is down the road! The attic has an open wall and we couldn’t be use the attic for the kids under 7 . Desperately needs an elevator! The condo itself was in a good central location for shopping in Foley and in Pensacola .
