Owner gave out our personal information
Clean bedding Had 2 refrigerators Large closet in master
Hurricane Sally hit & house flooded, electric, hot h20 and AC out. Evacuated house early. Owner said no to refunds unless we bought trip insurance. The owner, Sheila P. gave out our personal information to a neighbor, who called us, after check out, accusing us of stealing his deck box—during a hurricane when stuff is blown EVERYWHERE! Owner wasn’t helpful. Management company Evolve was very helpful in getting us our refund and dealing with the owner for giving out private information. Beware of this property! Save yourself the potential headache. Broken chair in dining room. Broken dish Deck furniture could use some cleaning/painting/ replaced. Ad said home was 3800sqft. It was deceiving, our side of duplex was maybe 1800sqft.

Good value
Was nice being so close to the beach; It's just a 5-10min drive to arrive. The house was spacious and fully equipped. I loved the two fridgerators that was super handy. We never ran out of hot water so thats great. Plenty of sleeping space and the washer and dryers are basic but work great.
The upstairs every afternoon gets over 80° even with the fans on its pretty hot. That makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. The beds are covered in waterproof protection sheet and that makes your body sweat as well. The house isn't sanitized, it seems like just swept up and made presentable. The people there before you are expected to leave it in clean conditions. So with Covid, you will need to clean.
