Brand new home with the best view in the subdivision is the perfect spot for your vacation! With 1507sq ft of tastefully appointed space, you'll have plenty of room to make yourself at home and stay cozy during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking delicious meals and features a bar with barstools for extra dining space. Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. In the living room, there is plenty of seating with a pull-out sofa sleeper that offers an additional spot to rest at night. The living area also features a full bathroom and sliding glass doors that lead out to a porch where you can enjoy your favorite drink while you chat about the day's plans.
In the master bedroom, you'll find a cozy king bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a large shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and another en-suite bathroom! The second guest bedroom has two full beds and of course, an en-suite bathroom as well.
The Summer Salt complex features a zero-entry resort style pool, an entertaining cabana, community fire pit and a putting green!
The public beach access is only .5 miles away!

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: There are 3 reserved parking spots under the home. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
