8-bedroom house, ideal for family gatherings or other events

This family home has 8 bedrooms of different sizes (7 to 20 m2), 2 of which are air-conditioned. A large dining room, a living room, a kitchen with scullery.
The house overlooks an enclosed courtyard (good for small children!). There is also a large outdoor room of 40 m2 (meals, games, rest...), a covered terrace and a garden.

The interest of this house is its capacity for both accommodation and meals.
The sleeping area on the first and second levels is well insulated from the living rooms on the first floor. So some can stay and live the evening downstairs while others can go to sleep (for example the children)
