New Gudauri Four Seasons F4 by Gudauri Travel

Property was extremely clean and had a nice view of the mountain. It was a short walk to the main gondola and had an array of shops / restaurants / bars nearby which catered to all of our needs. The management were very helpful and assisted with all of our needs. We forgot to bring adapters with us and they had two delivered to the apartment within an hour and a half. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, for a good price in a close proximity to the ski resort, I would definitely recommend it.

Outstanding communication with hosts. Instant response and very helpful and kind. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. 2 good showers and spacious bathrooms.

Location a little far from the Gondola. Across and down the road. I should have seen that on the map but I didn't. My fault.

The photos sold this place for us. Unfortunately the reality didn't live up. The size of the duplex was great for us so we weren't on top of each other. The layout was ideal. Needs more thought and care though. The views! OH the views were picture perfect!

Considering these apartments are vacant for a lot of the year it's a shame this time isn't used to renovate them into some sort of functional, cared for looking state. ie the showers fitted so the whole bathroom isn't flooded. Curtains/blinds at the windows so not woken with blinding light, a decent paint job, towel hooks, mattress protectors as surely no one likes a bare mattress (especially with sheets that don't fit either). No facilities at the apartments either. Not even a coffee shop. Which, considering how far from the central gondola area, would likely make a killing if there was at least something there facility wise.
