This is amazing place and hotel is also good with a view which one can only dream. Must to visit along with family

Dogs are problem in the area as some get aggressive and looking at their size, it is scary.

Ski in ski out and facilities were magnificent

The second floor of the Junior Suite was comfortable: the bed was good, the room was warm, and sleep quality was fine. Breakfast quality itself was acceptable, although the selection was quite limited

The hotel clearly needs renovation. Everything feels worn out: stains on sofas and bathrobes, scratched furniture, and an overall tired condition of the room. We stayed in a two-level Junior Suite. The first floor was very uncomfortable: there was no proper place to hang clothes, very little usable space, and an overall unpleasant feeling. Only the second floor was acceptable. Food quality outside breakfast was poor. Despite high prices, many dishes were tasteless and of low quality. The on-site equipment rental was also in very poor condition. The gear is heavily worn and, in some cases, unsafe to use. I was given a snowboard with a torn-out edge, and cracked helmets were also offered. This level of rental service is unacceptable for a ski resort. The New Year’s Eve dinner was the worst experience. For a very high price, the organization was terrible: we were seated at a shared table with another family, the food was cold and extremely bad even though we arrived on time, and there was no real program — only excessively loud music, so loud that children had to leave the hall. It strongly felt like guests were simply overcharged, and the event was absolutely not worth the money.
