    What a beautiful resort in Gudauri . I was given a warm welcome by a sweet beautiful smiling face - mariam at front office . the young gal made my check in so smooth after a long day . she took care of my requirements . very nice room with an upgrade . Swimming pool - jacuzzi overlooking the iced mountains .great food options with vegeratrian food too . amazing spa . lovely small gym and a wonderful sauna . the staff across is superb . they cooked a late noght meal of nice noodles for me . bar is nice . people are freindly . i shall for sure revist . n mariam is the bestest . we took pictures too :)

    I’m already wishing we’d booked a second night. Everything about this place was beyond what we expected. The room was clean, modern, and the mountain views are absolutely stunning, especially while sitting in the hot jacuzzi. But what really made it was the staff. Mariam, David, and Eto were genuinely some of the most helpful and attentive people we’ve encountered at any hotel. Nothing felt forced, they just actually cared about making our stay great. We only had one night so we tried to squeeze in as much as we could, the spa, the jacuzzi, game room, a big dinner. All of it delivered. Already planning a longer trip back next season.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. The rooms are quite small, which I could accept, but none of the rooms have balconies. The breakfast selection is extremely poor . Basic amenities such as toothbrushes are not provided unless specifically requested. What disappointed me the most, however, was the attitude of the staff. It was the least welcoming and least helpful service I have ever experienced in a hotel. Most of the day they are playing games and watching reels in their phones.
