This a super nice and big apartment, we felt very comfortable having individual rooms and the kitchen is full equipped. We were with a car and could park almost in front of the place.

Lot of space/rooms. Close to highway. Handy that the key was in a key lock. Looked clean.

No living room. No curtains especially to keep the sun out. It was warm in the house when we arrived. Curtains could have helped. No smoke alarm as far as I have seen. No insect screen. Compared with the space the bathroom was pretty narrow

Einmal und nie wieder

Es Apartment wurde vor einiger Zeit liebevoll im IKEA Style eingerichtet. Vom alten Glanz ist leider nicht viel geblieben.

Die Liste der bereits seit 2023 bewerteten Mängel könnte mittlerweile unendlich verlängert werden. Angefangen im Parkbereich: der einzige verfügbare Parkplatz ist von den Fahrrädern der Nachbarn und Müll belegt. Das Treppenhaus und die Eingangstür sind stark verschmutzt. Alle Lichtschalter sind fleckig und verschmiert. Die Heizung im Apartment funktioniert aktuell nicht. Darauf wurden wir für vorab nicht hingewiesen. Es gab vereinzelt Heizstrahler, die nicht für alle Zimmer ausreichend zur Verfügung standen. Auf unsere Bitte an den Vermieter das zu korrigieren gab es keine Reaktion. Das Heißwasser funktionierte den ersten Tag nicht, da es weiterhin keine Anleitung gibt, wie die Therme zu bedienen ist. Im Bad war alles Zubehör beschädigt. Das hat am zweiten Tag notdürftig ein Hausmeister repariert. Es gibt keinen Duschvorhang.. Das Bad ist also nach jedem Durchgang komplett nass. Auch kann man die Tür nicht abschließen. Das wäre mit einem einfachen "besetzt" Schild sicher regelbar. In der Küche ist die Ausstattung unzureichend. Die Hälfte der angegebenen Sachen fehlt es gibt z.b keinen Wasserkocher und insgesamt nur zwei Teelöffel. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler scheinen defekt zu sein und sind provisorisch mit Paketklebeband zugeklebt. In den Durchgängen zu den einzelnen Zimmern hängen von der Decke lose Kabel, die scheinbar seit Jahren nicht fachgerecht abgedeckt wurden. Wir mussten selber Toilettenpapier kaufen, da es nicht ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Direkt vor dem Fenster von der Küche und dem Bad befindet sich eine sehr verdreckter Abzug des unten liegenden Asia Restaurants. Das führt dazu, dass man diese Räumlichkeiten nicht ohne starken Essensgeruch lüften kann. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr kurz angebunden. Wer auch immer hinter dem Pseudonym Helene stecken möchte, bei der Zahlung der Kurtaxe an payPal wird auf jeden Fall ein anderer Name angegeben.

Für eine Nacht mit Hund OK

Zimmer waren sehr sauber, netter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin, einfacher Check In durch Schlüsselbox, man hat alles was man benötigt (Ob alles funktioniert wissen wir nicht, da wir für eine Nacht nichts benötigten), Super Lage für Urlaub mit Hund da in der Nähe eine Hundeauslauffläche ist, Parkplatz war vorhanden

Matratzen waren schon durchgelegen, Ein Duschvorhang o. ä. wäre schön, Fenster im Bad und Küche öffnen ging ab Nachmittags nicht mehr da der Abzug des Restaurants daneben ist, Viele Sachen benötigen eine kleine Reparatur da Locker oder Kaputt.

DECEPCIONANTEMENTE LAMENTABLE

El apartamento esta encima de un restaurante chino y huele todo el apartamento a comida china. La cocina estaba sucia con grasa, horno sucio paellas con grasa pegada lavajillas oxidado y sucio. De las 4 tv 2 no funcionaban. Una de las camas estaba coja y tenia lamas del somier rotas. Anunciaba que habia ventiladores y no es cierto lo solicitamos y nos dijeron que no tenian. Lavadora rota no funciona la puerta de la lavadora no sé abria solicitamos arreglarla y nos dijeron que ES LO QUE HAY...en aleman. Habia arañas y mosquitos en las paredes de las habitaciones. Sillas rotas, lamparas rotas no hay tenderete de ropa no hay recogedor para barrer. La bañera no tiene cortina para ducharse le falta presion de agua apenas sale agua, el grifo del lavabo se mueve y no esta bien instalado. Es un primer piso sin ascensor el anuncio de booking no lo pone. El enchufe de corriente le falta la tapa de seguridad de protección en una habitacion. Nos cancelaron la reserva para no poder valorar la estancia, pero lo hemos podido conseguir. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA NO RESERVEIS ESTE APARTAMENTO.

Goed appartement voor een nacht

Ruim net appartement met vier slaapkamers met een parkeerplaats voor de deur. Prima bedden.

Best ver van het centrum. Daarnaast was de douche in het bad en het water spetterde alle kanten op. We hadden in de avond wel last van muziek/geluid van het restaurant onder het appartement.

De ruimte die er is, 3 grote slaapkamers geen woonkamer maar wel een grote keuken

De badkamer, douchen in de badkuip en er was heel weinig waterdruk, een paar slappe straaltjes uit de douchekop

Von 3 geplanten Nächten sind wir zwangsweise 1 geblieben

Leider nichts

Als wir ankamen, standen überall Elektroheizkörper herum – die Heizung war ausgefallen, und wir wurden vorher nicht darüber informiert. Doch damit nicht genug: • Lose, offene Lampenkabel hingen von der Decke. • Kein einziger Rauchwarnmelder in der gesamten Wohnung! • Die Betten waren völlig versifft. • Der Kühlschrank war dreckig. • Der Wasserhahn im Bad wackelte lose herum. • Und als wäre das alles nicht schlimm genug, liegt die Wohnung direkt über einem Imbiss – die ganze Nacht gab es Lärm, Türenknallen und Geklapper. Wir hatten leider keine andere Wahl, als eine Nacht zu bleiben, aber das war definitiv eine der schlimmsten Unterkünfte, die wir je erlebt haben.

Appartement DANGEREUX !

Nous avons réservé pour 2 nuits. Nous avons été intoxiqués au monoxyde de carbone dans l'appartement la première nuit à cause d'une chaudière gaz défectueuse. 2 personnes se sont évanouies et nous sommes passés très proches de la mort d'une famille entière de 5 personnes. 13 jours après les faits, aucun retour ni de la part du propriétaire, ni de la part de booking. Une procédure de litige et une demande de de remboursement non suivis d'effets. Ce séjour et le service après vente sont catastrophiques.

Wir benötigten 5 Zimmer und die waren vorhanden

Fehlender Duschvorhang führt zu Überschwemmungen im Badezimmer. Die Spülmaschine wurde von uns nicht benutzt, vermutlich war der Spülvorgang vom Vorgänger abgebrochen worden - es lief Wasser aus der Maschine. Leider waren einige Teller und Gläser nicht ordentlich sauber. Als Vermieter bitte mal darauf achten. Ab 10 Uhr morgens Küchengerüche in der ganzen Wohnung vom Lokal unten. Die Lage ist in einer Art Industriegebiet.
