Loved it from the moment we stepped in to it. Spacious, great layout, very modern, very well equipped spacious kitchen with Nespresso machine, water cooker, toaster, hand held electric milk foamer + desk and chair and armoir in both guest rooms, balcony, towel warmer (so nice in December!), Ned’s and bedding super comfortable, in short, it was. PERFECT!!!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. A microwave could have been nice but it was no big deal.

Nice and Wide

It was all perfect. The apartment had everything that we needed for our 5 nights stay. Great location for us as we used a car and we were always able to find a parking spot next to the building.

May be the pillows were a bit uncomfortable for us but different people have different preferences so no biggie. The apt was a bit cold when we checked in and it took about 24hrs to warm up by the central heating but at least there was a spare convector that helped a bit.

Great place to stay with kids, very clean and bright

I loved nearly everything about the place. It’s fantastic—very clean, bright, and spacious. All the furniture looked brand new. When we requested a baby chair, we received it the next day. I felt well taken care of. I really recommend this place; it’s a great option for staying with kids. They also had a fully kitted kitchen, with absolutely everything provided.

It’s on the 3rd floor, but you need to climb four flights of stairs. The pillows are incredibly soft—almost like they don’t exist. To be fair, the agency brought new ones, but they were exactly the same.

Wonderful stay at a great location in Grunwinkel, Karlsruhe area.

The location is excellent, close to many great supermarkets. The apartment was for two people but could easily acommodate four, I used the second room as an office and it worked perfectly.

It is very close to train tracks so you may hear trains going by during the night time. Parkling is free - if you can find a spot. Many times I had to part along the train tracks where there's mud and it can get your car dirty.

Your dream "home" in Karlsruhe

This was one of the most nicely appointed places we have stayed in more than 10 years in Germany. Everything about this place was well considered and comfortable. Check-in was very easy with responsive hosts; the apartment is spotless and spacious with everything you need for a great stay; and the neighborhood is quiet with amenities nearby. It almost feels like you could live here!

Wonderful!

The apartment is located in a quiet area, extremely practical if you want to make trips to neighboring cities, Europa-Park, etc. The apartment I stayed in is on the top floor, with a large balcony, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything is tastefully decorated, new and very clean. Parking is easily found in front of the building. The apartment is clean and has everything you need, even for a longer stay, the kitchen is extremely equipped, plus washing machine, dishwasher, iron, coffee machine. Check-in and checkout are very easy, you get a code so you don't waste time. It is a beautiful property where the hosts take care of you to feel wonderful. I highly recommend it.

We hebben genoten van het mooie, moderne en goed uitgeruste appartement

Het appartement is mooi, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hoewel het gebouw naast het spoor ligt en we daar vooraf wat twijfels over hadden, hebben we hier in de praktijk geen last van gehad. Aan het begin hadden we een probleem met de verwarming, maar de eigenaar reageerde snel en hielp ons dit prettig op te lossen.

Een folder met praktische informatie zou handig zijn geweest. Zo was het niet duidelijk wat er met het afval moest gebeuren en hoe dit gescheiden moest worden. Aangezien dit per land verschilt (wij zijn uit Nederland en onze vrienden die naast ons het grotere appartement hadden gehuurd komen uit Frankrijk) en alle afvalzakken hetzelfde waren, zou duidelijke informatie hierover erg helpend zijn geweest.

Super séjour

Le logement est magnifique, on s’y sent bien dès le premier pas. Spacieux, lumineux, confortable et chaleureux. La deco est simple mais chic et de bon goût. Tout est super dans le logement, on s’y sent en sécurité, les lits sont confortables et le balcon est sympa. Le seul point dommageable est l’emplacement qui est un peu loin du centre mais il y a le métro pas loin. l’accès en voiture est simple en revanche.

Não possui um aparelho de ar condicionado propriamente dito . É um sistema de climatização que reduz um pouco a temperatura. Então se estiver muito calor na rua com certeza estará calor no apartamento também.

Limpio, muy cómodo y a un paseo en coche del centro.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Las camas muy cómodas y la climatización muy buena, nos pilló una ola de calor y sin embargo estuvimos muy fresquitos. La cocina tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar. Un apartamento moderno y bien equipado. El aparcamiento en la calle es fácil. A 10-15 min en coche del centro de Karlsruhe, y con supermercados cerca. Un detalle que dejen café, leche y básicos como sal, aceite, etc. Muy limpio, recomendado.

La televisión normal no se veía, si canales como YouTube, Netflix, etc. Poco detergente de la lavadora, lo que en nuestro caso fue escaso. Eché de menos papel de horno.

Laute Umgebung

Gebäude gleich neben den Schienen und deswegen wacht man nachts oft auf. Wände sehr dünn und neben uns war eine Großfamilie eingemietet. Die waren so laut dass man nur noch die gehört hat. War sehr schwierig zu schlafen und deswegen waren wir tagelang zerknirscht. Für entspannteres wohnen würde ich nächstes Mal ein Gebäude suchen in dem ich als einziger Mieter anwesend bin. Diese Gebäude würde ich nicht mehr mieten.

Super schönes Apartment, gerne wieder!

Super schöne Wohnung. Grosszügig und neu eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht, Geschirrspüler Taps, Frottee Wäsche im Bad, Seife, wunderbar! Die Dachterrasse war super cool. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Karlsruhe.

Wir würden dies Wohnung bevorzugen, sollten wir nochmal nach Karlsruhe kommen.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, großräumig, schöne Schlafzimmer, großes Bad mit sehr gut funktionierender (Regen)-Dusche und Badewanne, groß genug um darin ergiebig zu entspannen. Außerdem gibt es ein zusätzliches komfortables WC, dass wir auch zur Morgentoilette nutzen konnten. Insgesamt war die Wohnung außergewöhnlich sauber und die Vermieter sehr nett! Bushaltestellen gibt es direkter Nähe, auch ein Speiselokal mit Biergarten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in knapp 10 Minuten erreichbar (Bäcker, Lidl, Getränkemarkt und eine Brauereigaststätte mit Biergarten)

Die Wohnung ist durch die Dachlage mit ausschließlich Dachfenstern bei Hitze relativ warm. Zumindest wir Senioren (alle 70 und älter) finden es so. Es gibt keinen Aufzug in den immerhin 3. Stock.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Wir waren zu einer Hochzeit übers Wochenende in Karlsruhe. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, modern und sehr sauber. Check-In und Check-Out super einfach. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kapselkaffee, Milch, Tee war alles vorhanden. Sogar einen Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Sollten wir mal wieder nach Karlsruhe kommen ist das definitiv unsere erste Wahl.

Absolut gepflegt und hervorragend ausgestattet. Ich war aufgrund einer Messe vor Ort und bin positiv überrascht worden. Völlig unproblematischer kontaktloser Zugang zu einem modernen, großen und äußerst sauberen Apartment. Bei Fragen prompte Reaktion und immer freundlich zuvorkommend- Klasse Service! Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen, absoluter Tip für schöne Tage in Karlsruhe!

Spitze ! 1A

Die Unterkunft war Mega!!! Sie liegt zentral und perfekt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Bäcker, DM Lidl und Co in 3 min Autofahrt zu erreichen. Das Haus ist super gepflegt. Die Wohnung war ein absoluter Traum. Es war gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem hier an nichts! Von Waschmaschine bis Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, ausreichend Kissen und Decken etc. Die Küche bietet einem alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Unterkunft bietet genug Platz. Wir waren hier mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im Alter von 9,10 und 7 Jahren. Der Service ist auch super, wir haben am späten Abend gebucht und konnten innerhalb kürzester Zeit in die Wohnung einchecken . Am liebsten hätten wir verlängert, so schön war es !!
