Nice place to stay

The location is excellent. Parking is available in the underground garage (the owner has a subscription and will provide you with a key) located directly beneath the building. You have to pick up the key from the underground garage first and only then you can park your car, and vice versa during check out. If you paid for parking yourself, it would be much faster. However, if you're looking to save a little money, this subscription is a really great option. You have everything you need: kitchenware, a microwave, an oven, a coffee machine (with coffee), an electric kettle (with different tea choices), a washing machine and a dishwasher.

It can be noisy outside in the late evening, because of the cafe in the opposite building.

Be aware close to clubs and bass hearable

Top floor windows have no shades making sleeping difficult with sun. The premise is really close to clubs and hence the bass is hearable during nights.

Ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en top lokatie!

Ruim goede bedden voor 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Lokatie was erg leuk, met meerdere restaurants op loopafstand.

Badkamer had nog wat beter schoongemaakt kunnen zijn, maar geen onoverkomelijk probleem.

Sehr zentral, hell, geräumig, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher war da. Schlafcouch und Bett sehr bequem. Terrasse schön. Es hat eigentlich nichts gefehlt.

Было достаточно грязно, на подушке были пятна и волосы, в ванне тоже волосы, дверца холодильника отваливалась, мы написали хозяину об этом, он сказал, что придет ремонтник, в итоге никто не пришел. Также было довольно холодно

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Es ist sehr zentral, modern eingerichtet und sehr hell.

Das einzige Problem war dass der Wasserkocher nicht funktionierte, aber das ist wirklich nicht so schlimm.

Sehr angenehmen und komfortabel.

Super einfach mich Schlüsselcode und dann direkt ankommen und flexibel sein. Ohne Schlüssel die Wohnung verlassen zu können.

Ich hatte leider kein WLAN, da bin ich mir allerdings nicht sicher ob es an dem Zeitraum lag oder ob es generell kein WLAN in dieser Wohnung gibt.

Leuk appartement op goede locatie, minder geschikt voor 5 personen.

De locatie was super! We waren op doorreis naar Oostenrijk. Er was een kerstmarkt op loopafstand en in directe omgeving genoeg mogelijkheden om eten te halen. Het appartement was schoon en inchecken ging goed. Leuk appartement.

Omdat we een gezin van 5 personen zijn was het minder geschikt, aangezien er 1 tweepersoonsbed was en 2 slaapbanken en niet voldoende beddengoed. In het aantal slaapplekken hebben wij ons vergist. De slaapbanken zijn eerder geschikt voor 1 persoon ipv 2 personen. Op vrijdag avond/nacht was er wel overlast van uitgaanspubliek. Toiletreservoir drukknop zat los en het doortrekken was daardoor lastig. Soms bleef het toilet lopen.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt! Es gibt inklusive ein Dauerparkticket, für das Parkhaus direkt neben dem Gebäude. Die Kommunikation und Check in/out war problemlos.

Das Appartement ist ein seelenlose Unterkunft. Es gibt ein kleines seperates Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad im unteren Teil der Wohnung. Oben ist ein offener Küchen-Wohnbereich mit Terrasse. Es gibt kein Shampoo in der Dusche, die Toilettenspülung läuft durch, die Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt und trotz 4 Personen angemeldet, gab es nur 2 bezogene Decken und Kissen. Finde ich bei dem Preis von 207,50/ Nacht, erwähnenswert.

Top locatie en parkeren in de parkeergarage eronder met kaart van de host. Super om zelf in te checken.

Airconditioning boven, maakt dat de slaapkamer warm blijft. Gehorig en bovenal mega vervelende bedden want ze wiebelen / staan niet recht op de vloer dus wankel bij elke beweging. Douche kan veel schoner en plinten wijken ver open in de keuken. Vaatwasser wil gereinigd worden? Ook geen dekens aanwezig in de slaapkamer, er ligt enkel een kort linnen overtrek en een fleece plaid. Niet voldoende!

Super für einen Städtetrip

Super zentrale Lage mit allen dazu gehörigen Vor- und Nachteilen. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit welche im Preis inbegriffen ist. Einfacher Check-in und gute Kommunikation. Es ist sauber, aber nicht perfekt (Bewertung von den eigenen Standards ab, in meinem Fall sehr hoch)

Abends und Nachts sehr laut (in einer Straße welche abends sehr belebt ist), im oberen Bereich keine Möglichkeit zum Verdunkeln. Man sieht das noch nicht vor allzu langer Zeit aus „alt mach neu“ stattgefunden hat, ein paar Ecken etwas notdürftig renoviert. Waschbecken im Bad sehr klein aber das ist alles nicht so schlimm

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral. Gut ist, dass ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage unter dem Haus im Preis inbegriffen ist, dadurch wird die An- und Abreise erleichtert.
