Nice apartments for a family holiday
We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was especially convenient with children and a small child because they provided a babybed. We also liked that there was a washing machine and dishwasher. The house was quiet and cozy. There's a playground nearby. It's a great place to relax and take short holidays for visit friends and relatives.
The big bed was broken, in the night we're trying to make it, there was no hanger in the hallway for outerwear. The bathrooms had old doors with locks that didn't close well and were noisy.

Wunderschöne, saubere und sehr gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage! Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Karlsruhe. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Beste Wohnung auf unserem Familientrip durch BeNeLux und Süd-West-Deutschland
Die Wohnung (1.Stock) ist für einen Familienaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlem. Äußerst geräumig mit viel Platz für viele Koffer, super Ausstattung und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Kostenloses Parken direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße möglich. Schlafzimmer: Doppelbett mit Zusatzbett, beides sehr gemütlich. Wenn ein Kind im Doppelbett mitschläft reicht der Platz gut aus. Rollos vorhanden, was sehr selten ist. Großer Schrank für Kleidung. Wohnzimmer: großer Tisch für 4 Personen zum Essen oder Spielen, Couch und TV vorhanden. Zugang zum Balkon. Insgesamt viel Platz. Küche: kleiner Tisch für 2 Personen. Sehr gute Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefriermöglichkeit, (Pad-)Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kochmöglichkeit, Mikrowelle. Viel Geschirr und Besteck. Zusätzlich noch Spülmittel, was sehr hilfreich ist, da wir das immer zu Hause vergessen ;-) Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wahrscheinlich habe ich in meiner Aufzählung noch was vergessen. Bad/WC: 2 separate Räume, mit Badewanne. Fön vorhanden. Lage: Etwas am Stadrand, dadurch relativ ruhige Lage. Aber in ca. 10min ist man mit dem Auto am Schlossgarten. Trambahn in die Innenstadt ca. 300m entfernt. Kleiner Spielplatz auf gegenüberliegender Straßenseite.
Wir haben für 4 Personen gebucht, es waren jedoch nur für 2 bezogene Betten vorhanden. War aber kein Problem, da sich Decken und Bezüge leicht auffindbar unter dem Doppelbett befanden. Das Schloss der Wohnungstür müsste mal überprüft werden, da sich der Schlüssel nicht sehr leicht herausziehen ließ.

Eine wunderschöne saubere Wohnung. In der Küche alles vorhanden, was notwendig war. Sehr ruhige Gegend, keine Autos, super wenig los auf den Straßen, wir konnten uns gut ausschlafen. Betten sehr bequen, bettwäsche sauber, alles tipitopi. Danke schön an die Besitzer!
