About this house rental
“Sea Swell Villa 1” is a semi-detached house situated in a housing complex 400 meters from the famous Santa Maria beach. It has direct access to the large open air swimming pool. The two-storey house was completed in December 2017 and can accommodate up to 8 guests (4 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms). It has a total area of 160 square meters. The ground floor has all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool. The first floor has a spacious living room with a large dining table, a WC and a modern kitchen with an eating bench. The house is clean, bathed with light and is appropriate for families with children or groups of adults.
The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a queen bed. The second bedroom includes 2 single beds which can be connected and shares a large bathroom with the third bedroom which has a queen bed and direct access to the pool. The fourth bedroom which also has direct access to the pool, has an en-suite bathroom and a queen bed.
This elegant house has wonderful views of the beach, Naxos island and the surrounding area from its 2 verandas and its private garden. It has stone walls, white marble floors and modern island design. There is free access to the shared pool of the housing complex.
“Sea Swell 1” features free wifi in all areas, A/C, washing machine, dryer, flat screen TV, DVD player, coffee machine for French coffee, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and all utilities. There is also free private parking space in front of the entrance. You will be assisted during check in and check out and the person responsible will explain all the facilities, and answer all your questions!
The semi-detached house is only 400 m from the famous Santa Maria beach with its beach bar and restaurant. You can enjoy all water sports there (water ski, scuba diving, canoeing, etc). Mikri Santa Maria is another very famous beach (1,6 km away). Ambelas beach is 6 km away. You have other restaurants nearby and the closest supermarket is 5 km away. The beautiful village of Naousa is only 4 km away.
Apart from renting a car, motorbike or taxi, guests can use the bus that connects Santa Maria to Naousa village. The bus stop is 500 metres away, just in front of Santa Maria beach and usually runs until 7 pm. There are also wonderful walking routes in the area.

The host and the concierge services were so helpful when needed. They both were so pleasant. When i had a question there was a quick response no matter what time of the day. I will stay her again.....thank you questions asked

Beautiful villa in a great location. The host was splendid answering all questions. All ammenities were supplied for a lovely holiday. Definitely recommend this place!!

4 friends 30 years later returned to Paros but with husbands and children en tow. The Sea Swells were perfect for our group. Yannis the property manager is excellent, helped us with dinner reservations and recommendations. My only comment would be to supply a few more cooking knives/utensils for kitchen, plastic drinkware for poolside and some beach towels. We ended up having to buy beach towels because house had bathroom and pool towels only.
