Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details about this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open from mid-May to mid-October, depending on the weather.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We truly enjoyed the week we spent here. We came with dogs and small children and the sound provided all of the water entertainment we could ask for. We were able to kayak, fish and play. The sunsets were SPECTATULAR!!! I would come back to this house again

Lovely location in the trees, high up above the soundfront beach, tiki bar and shade at the beach; house has pretty much everything you need for a wonderful stay. GREAT northerly windsurfing or kiteboarding out front (not good for Southerlies).
